Hubungan Estimasi Kadar Digoksin Dalam Darah dengan Kejadian Toksisitas Digoksin pada Pasien Rawat Inap

Abstrak Digoksin merupakan obat indeks terapi sempit yang memerlukan pemantauan kadar dalam penggunaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase pasien yang memiliki estimasi Css >2 ng/ml, mengetahui tanda toksisitas yang muncul dan mengetahui hubungan estimasi Css dengan munculnya tanda toksisitas di RSUD Prof. dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Penelitian bersifat prospektif melalui pencatatan rekam medis dan wawancara secara langsung kepada pasien. Jumlah pasien dengan estimasi Css >2 ng/ml sebanyak 38,2%. Tanda toksisitas muncul pada 17,6% pasien dengan tanda terbanyak yaitu perubahan EKG terkait aritmia. Estimasi Css >2 ng/ml tidak berhubungan langsung secara statistik (p value 0,513) dengan munculnya tanda toksisitas digoksin.

Abstract Digoxin is a narrow therapeutic index drug that requires a level monitoring in use it. This study aimed to determine the percentage of patients who have a Css estimation >2 ng/ml, to know the signs of toxicity that appeared and to know the correlation of estimated Css with signs of toxicity that appears in RSUD Prof. dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. This was a prospective study by recording medical records and direct interview to patients. The number of patients with a Css estimation >2 ng/ml was 38,2%. The sign of toxicity appeared in 17,6% of patients with the most sign was arrhythmia-related ECG changes. Based on statistical results, Css estimation >2 ng/ml was not correlation with the incidence of digoxin toxicity (p value 0,513).
