ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEIKUTSERTAAN MASYARAKAT PEKERJA INFORMAL DALAM BPJS KESEHATAN DI PURWOKERTO UTARA

Latar belakang: Pemerintah menargetkan Universal Health Coverage (UHC) pada 2019, tetapi masih terdapat penduduk yang belum memiliki kartu BPJS Kesehatan. Kabupaten Banyumas memiliki 467.880 penduduk yang belum terdaftar dalam BPJS Kesehatan dengan Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara menjadi kecamatan tertinggi. Capaian pekerja informal yang terdaftar dalam BPJS Kesehatan masih kecil yaitu 13,51%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor predisposisi, faktor pemungkin, dan faktor karakteristik kebutuhan dengan keikutsertaan masyarakat pekerja informal dalam BPJS Kesehatan di Purwokerto Utara. Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel 125 orang yang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis univariat, analisis bivariat dengan uji Chi Square, dan analisis multivariat dengan uji Regresi Logistik. Hasil: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap keikutsertaan masyarakat pekerja informal dalam BPJS Kesehatan di Purwokerto Utara Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara pendapatan, jumlah anggota keluarga, pengetahuan, persepsi, harapan, dan jenis kelamin dengan keikutsertaan masyarakat pekerja informal dalam BPJS Kesehatan di Purwokerto Utara Saran: Meningkatkan program sosialisasi terhadap masyarakat dan penyusunan ulang regulasi kategori masyarakat tidak mampu bersama Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas

Background: Indonesian government targets to reach Universal Health Coverage (UHC) in 2019, but there still people who don’t yet have a BPJS Kesehatan card. Banyumas Regency has 467.880 residents who haven’t been registered with BPJS Kesehatan, whereas North Purwokerto Sub-District becomes the highest. The coverage of BPJS Kesehatan for informal workers in Indonesia is still small, namely 13.51%. The purpose of the study to determine relationship of predisposing, enabling , and needs factors with informal workers participation in BPJS Kesehatan. Method: The type of research is quantitative with cross sectional approach. Sample 125 people taken by accidental sampling technique. Data analyzed by univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with Chi Square test, and multivariate analysis with a Logistic Regression test. Results: The results of the analysis show that income has the greatest influence towards the informal workers participation in BPJS Kesehatan in North Purwokerto. Conclusion: There is a relationship between income, the number of family, knowledge, perceptions, expectations and gender with informal worker participation in BPJS Kesehatan in North Purwokerto Suggestion: Improve socialization programs for the people and rearranging regulations about category of incapable people together with the Regional Government of Banyumas Regency
