ANALISIS KUALITAS SISTEM DAN ANTARMUKA PENGGUNA TERHADAP PENERIMAAN TEKNOLOGI PADA APLIKASI GOJEK (Studi Pada Pengguna Aplikasi Gojek Di Purwokerto)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar masyarakat Kota Purwokerto menerima adanya perkembangan teknologi transportasi yang berbasis online yaitu Aplikasi Gojek dilihat dari kulaitas system dan antarmuka pengguna aplikasi gojek dan melihat seberapa besar niat konsumen untuk menggunakan kembali teknologi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan menerapkan variabel faktor dari sikap pengguna yaitu persepsi kemudahan pengguna (percived ease of use) dan persepsi manfaat penggunaan (percived usfulness). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang yang tinggal di wilayah Kota Purwokerto dan perna menggunakan Aplikasi Gojek. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa: 1) Kualitas sistem berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kegunaan yang dirasakan. 2) Kualitas sistem berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kemudahan yang dirasakan. 3) Antarmuka pengguna berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kegunaan yang dirasakan. 4) Antarmuka pengguna berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kemudahan yang dirasakan. 5) Kemudahan yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kegunaan yang dirasakan. 6) Kegunaan yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat untuk menggunakan. 7) Kemudahan yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat untuk menggunakan.

This study aims to determine how much the people of Purwokerto City accept the development of online-based transportation technology, namely the Gojek Application seen from the quality of the system and the user interface of the Gojek application and see how much consumers intend to reuse the technology. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) analysis method by applying factor variables from the user's attitude, namely the perception of user convenience (perceived ease of use) and perceived usefulness (perceived usfulness). The population in this study were people who lived in the Purwokerto City area and had used the Gojek application. The results of the study using regression analysis show that: 1) System quality has a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness. 2) System quality has a significant positive effect on perceived ease. 3) The user interface has a positive but not significant effect on perceived usefulness. 4) The user interface has a significant positive effect on perceived ease. 5) The perceived ease has a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness. 6) The perceived usefulness has a significant positive effect on the intention to use. 7) The perceived ease has a significant positive effect on the intention to use.
