PERBANDINGAN PERSEPSI PETERNAK SAPI PERAH TERHADAP PENDIRIAN KOPERASI SUSU DI KABUPATEN BANJARNEGARA DAN WONOSOBO

Koperasi susu sangat diperlukan untuk mengembangkan sektor peternakan agar lebih baik, di wilayah Kabupaten Banjarnegara dan Wonosobo belum ada Koperasi susu sehingga diperlukan pengetahuan tentang persepsi peternak di wilayah tersebut untuk menjadi acuan pendirian koperasi susu. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi peternak terhadap pendirian koperasi susu, dan membandingkan persepsi pendirian koperasi susu di Kabupaten Banjarnegara dan Wonosobo. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Pengambilan sampel wilayah dilakukan secara purposive sampling yaitu kecamatan yang memiliki populasi peternak sapi perah di Kabupaten Banjarnegara dan Wonosobo. Kecamatan terpilih di wilayah Kabupaten Banjarnegara adalah kecamatan Wanadadi, Rakit, Pajawaran, dan Wanayasa. Serta wilayah Kabupaten Wonosobo yang terpilih adalah kecamatan Selomerto, Wonosobo, Kertek, Kejajar dan Kalikajar. Pengambilan sampel responden dilakukan secara sensus sebanyak 98 peternak. Analasis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, Rank Spearman, dan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan persepsi tentang pendirian koperasi susu antara peternak di Kabupaten Banjarnegara dengan peternak di Kabupaten Wonosobo, dan persepsi di kedua kabupaten tersebut dinilai baik terhadap pendirian koperasi susu.

Dairy cooperatives is needed to develop the livestock sector for the better, in the district of Banjarnegara and Wonosobo no dairy cooperatives so that the necessary knowledge about the perception of farmers in the region to be a reference establishment of dairy cooperatives. The study aims to determine the perception of farmers towards the establishment of dairy cooperatives, and to compare the perception of the establishment of dairy cooperatives in Banjarnegara and Wonosobo. The study used a survey method. Sampling was done by purposive sampling region is sub-district which has a population of dairy farmers in Banjarnegara and Wonosobo. Selected Subdistrict namely the district of Banjarnegara Wanadadi subdistrict, Raft, Pajawaran, and Wanayasa. As well as the selected region Wonosobo regency subdistricts Selomerto, Wonosobo, Kertek, Kejajar and Kalikajar. Sampling was done by census respondents in the two districts with the number of farmers as much as 98 farmers. Analasis used is descriptive analysis, Spearman Rank, and t-test. These results indicate that there are no differences in perception regarding the establishment of dairy cooperatives among farmers in Banjarnegara with farmers in Wonosobo and perceptions of the two districts is rated as good to the establishment of dairy cooperatives.
