Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pengawasan terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap implementasi pengawasan terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas. 
Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas dan Loka POM Kabupaten Banyumas. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder dengan metode wawancara dan triangulasi. Metode pengolahan data dengan reduksi data, display data kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk matriks kualitatif dan teks naratif. Metode analisis data dengan content analysis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas terimplementasi dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari parameter sebagai berikut : terselenggaranya pengawasan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek sesuai dasar hukum dan kewenangan dinas kesehatan dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek; adanya mekanisme pengawasan terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek; terselenggaranya standar pengawasan terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek; dan terselenggaranya penegakan hukum terhadap pengawasan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Adapun faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap implementasi pengawasan terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek meliputi faktor hukum, faktor penegak hukum, faktor sarana dan fasilitas, faktor masyarakat dan faktor budaya.

This research aims to determine the implementation of supervision on the pharmacy services in pharmacies by the district health Office of Banyumas and analyze factors that affect the implementation of supervision on the service Pharmacy by the District health Department of Banyumas. 
To achieve these objectives, the study used qualitative research methods with sociological juridical approaches and descriptive research specifications. This research took location in the district health office of Banyumas and LPOM of Banyumas district. The types and sources of data used include primary data and secondary data with interview and triangulation methods. Data processing method with data reduction, data display then presented in the form of qualitative matrix and narrative text. Data analysis method with content analysis.
The results showed that supervision of pharmaceutical services in pharmacies by the health office of Banyumas District was well implemented. This can be seen from the following parameters: the implementation of the supervision of pharmaceutical services in pharmacies in accordance with the legal basis and the authority of the health service in conducting supervision over the pharmacy services in pharmacies; Monitoring of pharmaceutical services in pharmacies; The implementation of the supervisory standards for the pharmaceutical services in pharmacies; and the implementation of law enforcement against the supervision of pharmaceutical services in pharmacies. The factors that affect the implementation of supervision on the pharmacy services in pharmacies include legal factors, law enforcement factors, factors of facilities and amenities, community factors and cultural factors.
