Indonesia merupakan negara produsen kopra terbesar kedua di dunia. Konsumsi kopra dunia sebesar 5,73 juta ton dan konsumsi domestik sebesar 1,56 juta ton. Indonesia menyumbang 17,7 persen terhadap nilai ekspor dunia. Namun produksi kopra Indonesia dari tahun 2010 sampai 2017 terus mengalami penurunan. Pertumbuhan volume ekspor kopra Indonesia juga berfluktuasi dan cenderung menurun dengan rata-rata penurunan sebesar 25,58 persen per tahun. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren ekspor kopra, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi volume ekspor kopra Indonesia, dan mengetahui daya saing kopra Indonesia di pasar dunia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis ARIMA, regresi linier berganda dan analisis keunggulan komparatif. Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder berupa data deret waktu selama periode tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2017 yang dibuat menjadi bentuk kuartal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tren ekspor kopra Indonesia dan peramalan volume ekspor kopra Indonesia cenderung menurun. Volume ekspor kopra Indonesia memiliki tren dan peramalan yang menurun dari tahun ke tahun, namun kopra Indonesia memiliki daya saing di pasar internasional dengan nilai rata-rata RCA sebesar 16,16. Volume ekspor dipengaruhi oleh produksi kopra Indonesia dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar Amerika Serikat.

Indonesia is the second biggest copra producer country in the world. The world copra consumption reaches 5.73 million tons and the domestic consumption reaches 1.56 million tons. Indonesia has contributed 17.7 percent to the world export value, but the copra production in Indonesia from 2010 to 2017 keeps declining. The growth of Indonesian copra export volume is also fluctuating and tends to decline with the declining average in the number of 25.58 percent per year. This research is aimed to analyze the copra export trend, to figure out any factors which can affect the Indonesian copra export volume, and to figure out the competitiveness of Indonesian copra in the world market. The research methods used in this research is explanatory research method with quantitive approach. The data analysis used are ARIMA analysis, multiple linear regression and analysis of comparative advantage. The data used is a secondary data, time series data during 2010 to 2017 in quarter form. The result of this research is show that the copra export trend and the copra volume export forecasting of Indonesia is declining. The Indonesian copra export volume’s trend and forecasting is declining every years, but the Indonesian copra has competitiveness in the world market with average value reaches 16.16. The export volume is affected by the Indonesian copra production and the rupiah exchange rate to US dollar.
