Solid Non Fat dan Fat Susu Segar di Kecamatan Sumbang dan Baturraden Kabupaten Banyumas

Penelitian dengan judul “Solid Non Fat dan Fat Susu Segar di Kecamatan Sumbang dan Kecamatan Baturraden Kabupaten Banyumas” bertujuan untuk membandingkan kualitas susu segar yang dihasilkan ditinjau dari kadar solid non fat dan kadar lemak (fat) serta mengetahui hubungan antar dua variabel tersebut. Materi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu sampel susu segar yang diambil sebanyak 500 ml per sampel peternak. Total sampel diambil dari 9 peternak di Kecamatan Sumbang dan 20 peternak di Kecamatan Baturraden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan uji laboratorium menggunakan alat lactoscan milk analyzer. Hasil uji solid non fat antara Kecamatan Sumbang dan Baturraden masing-masing yaitu 8,34±0,28 dan 8,23±0,71 dan hasil uji kadar lemak (fat) masing-masing yaitu 3,12±0,34 dan 3,45±0,43. Hasil uji “t” menunjukkan bahwa solid non fat dan fat di kedua kecamatan menunjukkan hasil yang tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05) dan menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat lemah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kadar solid non fat dan fat susu segar di Kecamatan Sumbang dan Baturraden memiliki hasil yang relatif sama dan telah sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan Badan Standarisasi Nasional (2011).

The research entitled "Solid Non-Fat and Fat of Fresh Milk in Sumbang and Baturraden Districts in Banyumas Regency" aims to compare the quality of fresh milk produced in terms of solid non-fat and fat levels and to determine the relationship between the two variables. The research material used is fresh milk samples taken as much as 500 ml per farmer sample. The total sample was taken from 9 breeders in Sumbang District and 20 breeders in Baturraden District. This study uses survey methods and laboratory tests using a lactoscan milk analyzer. The results of the solid non-fat test between Sumbang and Baturraden Subdistricts were 8.34 ± 0.28 and 8.23 ± 0.71 and the results of fat tests were 3.12 ± 0.34 and 3 respectively .45 ± 0.43. The results of the "t" test showed that solid non-fat and fat in both districts showed results that were not significantly different (P> 0.05) and showed a very weak relationship. It can be concluded that the levels of solid non-fat and fat of fresh milk in Sumbang and Baturraden Districts have relatively the same results and are in accordance with the standards set by the National Standardization Agency (2011).
