Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei pada karyawan industri perbankan di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Kemampuan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dalam Memediasi Variabel Anteseden dan Variabel Konsekuensi (Studi Kasus di Perbankan Kabupaten Banyumas)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan manajemen puncak, kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, dan kualitas pelayanan pada implementasi SIA terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan industri perbankan di Kabupaten Banyumas. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 responden. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Dukungan  manajemen puncak berpengaruh terhadap implementasi SIA, (2) Kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap implementasi SIA, (3) Kualitas sistem berpengaruh terhadap implementasi SIA, (4) Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap implementasi SIA, (5) Implementasi SIA berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (6) Implementasi SIA memediasi faktor dukungan manajemen puncak, kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Implikasi dari hasil penelitian sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan manajemen puncak, kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, dan kualitas pelayanan yang mempengaruhi implementasi SIA perbankan. Faktor-faktor ini penting dalam meningkatkan penggunaan SIA serta kinerja dari karyawannya. Tujuan industri perbankan dalam mengukur kesuksesan sistem informasi terhadap kinerja individu sesuai dengan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Theory of The D&M Information Success Model (1992) dan Theory of Planned Behavior. Kedua teori ini sesuai untuk diterapkan pada manajemen industri perbankan Kabupaten Banyumas. 
Penerapan Theory of The D&M Information Success Model dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa perbankan berfokus pada kualitas informasi dan kualitas sistem. Penerapan Theory of Planned Behavior dalam penelitian ini merepresentasikan perceived behavioral control yang mengasumsikan bahwa manajemen puncak memiliki andil yang besar dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk mencapai tujuan serta menjadi motivator bawahannya dalam menggunakan SIA sebagai tanggungjawabnya.

This research is a survey research on employees in the banking industry in Banyumas Regency. The title of the research is: “The Ability of Implementation is Useless in Mediating Antecedent Variables and Consequence Variables(Case Study in Banyumas District Banking”. This research aims to find out the effect of top management support, information quality, system quality, and service quality in the implementation of AIS on employee performance. Population in this research takes the all employees in the banking industry in Banyumas Regency. There were 125 employees chosen as respondents of the research. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling.
Based on result of research and data analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) it has got conclusions: (1) Top management support influence on the AIS implementation, (2) Information quality influence on the AIS implementation, (3) System quality influence on the AIS implementation, (4) Service quality not influence on the AIS implementation, (5) Implementation of AIS influence on employee performance, (6) Implementation of AIS mediates the factors of top management support, information quality, system quality, and service quality on employee performance.
The implications of the results of the research are in accordance with the research objectives, namely to determine the effect of top management support, information quality, system quality, and service quality that affect the implementation of banking AIS. These factors are important in increasing the use of AIS and the performance of their employees. The purpose of the banking industry in measuring the success of information systems on individual performance is in accordance with the theory used in this research, namely Theory of The D&M Information Success Model (1992) and Theory of Planned Behavior. Both of these theories are suitable to be applied to the banking industry management in Banyumas Regency.
The application of Theory of The D&M Information Success Model in this research is that banking focuses on information quality and system quality. The application of the Theory of Planned Behavior in this research represents perceived behavioral control which assumes that top management has a big part in making decisions to achieve goals and becomes a motivator of their subordinates in using AIS as their responsibility.
