ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei pada pemilik industri bordir komputer yang berada di Desa Tarunajaya Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Analisis Efisiensi Usaha Bordir Komputer Di Desa Tarunajaya Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Tasikmalaya”. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui tingkat efisiensi teknis usaha, tingkat efisiensi alokatif atau efisiensi harga usaha, tingkat efisiensi ekonomis usaha mukena bordir komputer di Desa Tarunajaya Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. 
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pengusaha bordir komputer di Desa Tarunajaya Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 responden dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel random sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: analisis teknis menggunakan metode analisis Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), analisis ekonomis menggunakan R/C ratio. 
Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada bagian sebelumnya, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Hasil perhitungan efisiensi teknis ini menunjukkan nilai koefisien teknis bahan baku usaha mukena bordir komputer di Desa Tarunajaya Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Tasikmalaya menunjukkan 0,493 hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa usaha mukena bordir komputer di Desa Tarunajaya Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Tasikmalaya belum efisien secara teknis. (2) Hasil perhitungan efisiensi harga untuk penggunaan faktor produksi yaitu 0,0014. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan faktor produksi usaha mukena bordir komputer di Desa Tarunajaya Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Tasikmalaya ternyata tidak efisien secara harga. (3) Dari perhitungan efisiensi ekonomi diperoleh hasil sebesar 1,09 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa usaha mukena bordir komputer di Desa Tarunajaya Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Tasikmalaya sudah efisien secara ekonomi.
Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha mukena adalah rendahnya kualitas dari sumber daya manusia hal ini disebabkan oleh rendahnya pengetahuan tentang pembuatan mukena sehingga berpengaruh pada produk yang dihasilkan. Dengan permasalahan tersebut perlu kiranya pelatihan pembuatan mukena dengan menggundang mentor yang sudah ahli dibidang pembuatan mukena, sehingga pelaku usaha dapat mengasilkan produk yang beragam dan tentunya sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Penggunaan faktor produksi tenaga kerja tidak efisiensi kerena jumlah tenaga kerja yang digunakan terlalu banyak.. Sehingga akan mengakibatkan penurunan produksi. Agar keuntungan yang dihasilkan semakin maksimum perlu adanya pengaturan jumlah tenaga kerja. Agar tercapai keuntungan yang maksimal maka pengusaha kecil dan menengah mukena bordir harus mampu menggunakan seluruh faktor-faktor produksi yang dimiliki secara efisien.

ABSTRACT

This research is a survey of the research on computer embroidery industry owners in the village of Tarunajaya sub-district of Well-known Tasikmalaya Regency. This research takes the title: "analysis of the efficiency of Computer Embroidery Business in the village of Tarunajaya sub-district of Well-known Tasikmalaya Regency". The purpose of this research is to know the level of technical efficiency of effort, the level of efficiency of alokatif or the efficiency of price undertakings, the degree of economical efficiency efforts at the village computer embroidery mukena Tarunajaya Subdistrict a well-known Tasikmalaya Regency.
The population in this research is all computer embroidery entrepreneur in the village of Tarunajaya sub-district of Well-known Tasikmalaya Regency. The sample in this research were 48 respondents take bu using sample random sampling. Types of data used in this research are: primary and secondary data. Data collection methods used in this study are: the methods of observation and documentation. Analytical tools used in this research are: technical analysis using the method of analysis of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), economic analysis using R/C ratio.

(3) in the calculation of economic efficiency of 1.09 results obtained then it can be said that the effort at the village computer embroidery mukena Tarunajaya Subdistrict a well-known Tasikmalaya Regency already efficient economically.
One of the problems facing businessmen mukena is the low quality of human resources this is caused by lack of knowledge about the making of the product so that the effect on mukena produced. With these problems need to be familiar with training mentor who is already an expert in the field of manufacture of mukena, so that businessmen can make a various products and of course in accordance with the needs of the market. In order that maximum benefit is reached then the small and medium entrepreneurs mukena embroidery should be able to use all of the factors of production are owned efficiently.
