Pengaruh Pemberian Compost Tea terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil tanaman cabai (Capsicum annum L)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian compost tea terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Eksperimental Farm dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada bulan Juni sampai November 2018. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dan diulang tiga kali. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini adalah compost tea kotoran sapi 5%, compost tea kotoran sapi 10%, compost tea kotoran sapi 15%, compost tea kotoran ayam 5%, compost tea kotoran ayam 10%, compost tea kotoran ayam 15%, compost tea baglog jamur 5%, compost tea baglog jamur 10% compost tea baglog jamur 15% dan kontrol. Hasil yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis varian pada taraf 5%. Hasil analisis varian yang menunjukan pengaruh nyata diuji lanjut menggunakan uji Ducan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5%. Variabel yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun bobot kering tajuk, bobot kering akar, rasio tajuk akar, panjang akar, klorofil a, klorofil b, klorofil total , kerapatan stomata, lebar stomata, kehijauan daun, jumlah bunga per tanaman, volume buah dan bobot buah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian compost tea meningkatkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 56%, bobot tajuk kering 20,51%, rasio akar tajuk 41%, panjang akar 31,23%, klorofil a 26,33%, jumlah bunga 26,1%, volume buah per tanaman 96,31% dan bobot buah per tanaman 98%.

This study aimed was knowing the effect of giving compost tea on the growth and yield of chili plants. The research was conducted from june until november 2018 at Eksperimental Farm and Laboratory Agronomy and Hortikulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderl Soedirman University. The research was arranged by randomized completely block design (RCBD) and repeated in three times. The treatment of this research were compost tea of cow manure 5%, compost tea of cow manure 10%, compost tea of cow manure 15%, compost tea of chicken manure 5%, compost tea of chicken manure 10%, compost tea of chicken manure 15%, compost tea of mushrooms media waste 5%, copost tea of mushrooms media waste 10%, compost tea of mushrooms media waste 15%, and control. The result obtained were analyzed by analysis of variance at the level of 5%. The results of variance analysis which showed significant effect were further tested using the Ducan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) test at the level of 5%.The observed variables were plant height, number of leaf, leaf area, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, green leaves, stomata width, stomata density, dry shoot weight, dry root weight, root shoot ratio, number of flower, fruit volume and fruith weight. The results showed that giving compost tea had increased plant height 56%, dry shoot weight 20.51%, root shoot ratio 41%, root length 31.23%, chlorophyll a 26.33%, total of flower 26.1%, volume fruit for plant 96.31% and weight fruit for plant 98%.
