PENGARUH PENERAPAN GOOD GOVERNANCE, KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA, PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL, PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH (Studi Empiris pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah di Kota Tegal)

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh penerapan good governance, kualitas sumber daya manusia, pengendalian internal, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara keseluruhan terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Tegal, (2) Pengaruh penerapan good governance terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Tegal, (3) Pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Tegal, (4) Pengaruh pengendalian internal terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Tegal, (5) Pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Tegal. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pegawai pada 57 Organisasi Perangkat Daerah di Kota Tegal dengan jumlah 3.747 orang apartur pemerintah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu hanya Kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah dan Kepala bagian keuangan atau anggota. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, serta uji statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Penerapan good governance memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah Kota Tegal,(2) Kualitas sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah Kota Tegal,(3) Pengendalian internal memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah Kota Tegal,(4) Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah Kota Tegal (5) Good governance, Kualitas sumber daya manusia, Pengendalian internal, Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara bersama sama memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Tegal. Abstract This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the application of good governance, the quality of human resources, internal control, the utilization of overall information technology on the financial performance of the Tegal City Government, (2) the effect of implementing good governance on the financial performance of the Tegal City Government (3) Effect of the quality of human resources on the financial performance of the Regional Government of Tegal City, (4) The effect of internal control on the financial performance of the Tegal City Regional Government, (5) The effect of information technology utilization on the financial performance of the Tegal City Regional Government. This research is included in quantitative research using survey methods. The population in this study were all employees in 57 Regional Unit Organizations in Tegal City with a total of 3,747 government apartments. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method, namely only the Head of the Regional Unit Organization and the Head of the finance department or member. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is by using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and statistical tests. The results of this study indicate that (1) The application of good governance has a positive influence on the financial performance of the local government of the City of Tegal, (2) The quality of human resources has a positive influence on the financial performance of Tegal City local government, (3) Internal control has a positive influence on performance Tegal City government finances, (4) The use of information technology has a positive influence on the financial performance of Tegal City local government (5) Good governance, Quality of human resources, Internal control, Utilization of information technology together has a positive influence on the financial performance of Local Government Tegal City.
