Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaturan dan Perlindungan Hukum Pekerja Dalam Pelaksanaan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (Studi PT. Majapura Bobotsari)”. Perlindungan hukum keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada suatu perusahaan perlu diterapkan sebagai salah satu bentuk untuk memberikan perlindungan kepada para pekerja dalam melakukan pekerjaan serta untuk meningkatkan produktivitas para pekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaturan dan bentuk perlindungan hukum pekerja dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di PT. Majapura Bobotsari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan analitis. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan tentang “Pengaturan dan Perlindungan Hukum Pekerja Dalam Pelaksanaan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (Studi PT. Majapura Bobotsari)” menunjukkan bahwa PT. Majapura Bobotsari telah memberikan pengaturan terhadap pekerja dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. PT. Majapura Bobotsari juga telah memberikan perlindungan hukum berupa jaminan kepada pekerja apabila terjadi kecelakaan kerja, pemberian alat pelindung diri, dan pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan kerja. Alat pelindung diri yang diberikan kepada pekerja hanya berupa alat pelindung muka berupa masker dan alat pelindung kaki berupa sepatu. Pemberian alat pelindung diri untuk menghindari pekerja dari kecelakaan kerja seharusnya sesuai dengan resiko dan potensi bahaya yang dihadapi saat bekerja. Resiko yang di hadapi para pekerja di PT. Majapura Bobotsari sangat besar terutama bagi pekerja yang bekerja pada bagian awal sehingga diperlukan alat pelindung diri yang lebih lengkap yaitu dengan memberikan alat pelindung tangan berupa sarung tangan, alat pelindung muka berupa kacamata, dan alat pelindung kepala berupa helm.

This research is titled "The Arrangements and Legal Protections of Workers in the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety”. The Arrangements and Legal Protections of Workers in the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety in a company needs to be implemented as a form to provide protection to workers in carrying out work and to increase workers productivity.  It is conducted with the aim of knowing the arrangements and the forms of legal protection for workers in the implementation of occupational health and safety at PT. Majapura Bobotsari. This study uses a normative juridical method with a legal approach and an analytical approach. 
The results of the study and discussion on "The Arrangements and Legal Protections of Workers in the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (Study of PT. Majapura Bobotsari)" showed that PT. Majapura Bobotsari has provided arrangements for workers in the implementation of occupational health and safety in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. PT. Majapura Bobotsari has also provided legal protection in the form of guarantees to workers in the event of a work accident, the provision of personal protective equipment, and first aid in workplace accidents. Personal protective equipment provided to workers is only a face shield in the form of a mask and footwear in the form of shoes. The distribution of protective equipments to avoid workers from workplace accidents should be in accordance with the risks and potential hazards that the workers might face while working. The risks faced by workers at PT. Majapura Bobotsari is very large especially for workers who work at the beginning so that more complete personal protective equipment is needed by providing hand protective equipment in the form of gloves, face shields in the form of glasses, and head protection equipment such as helmets.
