Analisis Kemonotonan dan Kecekungan Fungsi Reliabilitas Berdistribusi Weibull

Reliabilitas merupakan peluang suatu objek dalam menjalankan fungsinya pada kondisi pengoperasian untuk waktu yang telah ditentukan. Pada penelitian ini, fungsi reliabilitas yang dikaji berdistribusi Weibull. Sifat-sifat fungsi reliabilitas dianalisis untuk menentukan pola perilaku dalam memprediksi kapan terjadinya kerusakan atau kegagalan suatu sistem pengoperasian. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan kemonotonan dan kecekungan fungsi terhadap setiap parameter skala, bentuk, dan dimensi waktu. Hasil analisis menunjukkan, nilai reliabilitas terhadap parameter skala, monoton turun dan cekung ke atas seiring bertambahnya nilai parameter skala. Nilai reliabilitas terhadap waktu monoton turun dan mengalami perubahan kecekungan dari cekung bawah ke cekung atas seiring dengan bertambahnya nilai waktu. Nilai reliabilitas terhadap parameter bentuk mengalami perubahan kemonotonan dari monoton naik ke turun seiring dengan bertambahnya nilai parameter bentuk. Reliabilitas sistem seri dan paralel secara berurutan mengalami penurunan dan kenaikan seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah komponen n.

Reliability is the chance of an object to execute its function during operating conditions with a certain period of time. In this research, the reliability function that has Weibull distribution, is used to determine the models and estimate a broken operating system. The characteristics of the reliability function are analyzed based on the monotony and cavity of function towards scale parameters, form paramaters shape, and time dimension. The results of the analysis represent that the value of reliability for scale decreases and is upper curve as value increases. The value of reliability for time decreases and changes the curve at a certain point from bottom to upper curve as value increases. The value of reliability for shape changes the monoton at a certain point from upper to bottom as shape value increases. The reliability system for series and parallel has decreased and increased as the number of components n increases.
