Penelitian ini berjudul “Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Buruh Wanita Pembuat Selongsong Ketupat dan Kontribusinya Terhadap Pendapatan Keluarga di Desa Datar Kecamatan Sumbang”. Pendapatan perkapita keluarga masih rendah disebabkan pendapatan suami yang rendah, maka jumlah konsumsi yang dilakukan untuk kebutuhan hidup sedikit. Hal itu disebabkan pendapatan suami yang tidak dapat mencukupi kebutuhan ekonomi keluarga, sehingga menjadi dorongan wanita untuk berpartisipasi memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ingin mengetahui variabel yang mempengaruhi pendapatan buruh wanita yaitu tingkat pendidikan, curahan waktu kerja, usia, pengalaman kerja dan jumlah anggota keluarga.  
Tujuan penelitian ini (1) mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, curahan waktu kerja, usia, pengalaman kerja dan jumlah anggota keluarga terhadap pendapatan buruh wanita di Desa Datar. (2) mengetahui variabel mana yang memiliki hubungan terhadap pendapatan buruh wanita. (3) mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi pendapatan buruh wanita terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi yang dilakukan secara sensus dengan jumlah responden diperoleh 51 buruh wanita serta menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda, analisis uji korelasi dan analisis kontribusi. 
Hasil penelitian ini: (1) Secara simultan tingkat pendidikan, curahan waktu kerja, usia, pengalaman kerja, dan jumlah anggota keluarga berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan buruh wanita. Secara parsial, tingkat pendidikan, curahan waktu kerja, pengalaman kerja dan jumlah anggota keluarga berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pendapatan buruh wanita. Usia tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap pendapatan buruh wanita (2) Variabel yang memiliki hubungan  paling kuat terhadap pendapatan buruh wanita yaitu curahan waktu kerja. (3) Pendapatan buruh wanita memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap pendapatan keluarga.
Implikasi penelitian ini: (1) Sebagai upaya untuk terus meningkatkan pendapatanya, para buruh wanita pembuat selongsong ketupat sebaiknya dapat memanfaatkan sisa pembuatan selongsong ketupat berupa lidi untuk menjadi kerajinan lain seperti piring anyaman dan sapu lidi. Kerajinan tersebut dapat dijual, sehingga dapat menambah pendapatan para buruh wanita pembuat selongsong ketupat. (2)Jumlah kontribusi buruh wanita pembuat selongsong ketupat terhadap pendapatan keluarga cukup besar. Para buruh wanita diharapkan lebih banyak dalam membuat selongsong ketupat.

This research entitled “The Factors that Influence Woman’s Labor Income of Ketupat Cover Maker and Its Contribution toward the Family Income in Datar Village, Sumbang Sub-district”. Family per capita income is still low because the low income of husband, so it results in the minimum amount of consumption for life needs. It is caused by the husband income which could not fulfill the family economical needs, so it becomes the motivation for woman to participate in fulfilling the family needs. Based on that condition, this research is going to discover the variable that influence woman’s labor income, which are; the level of education, working time, age, work experience, and the numbers of family member.
The aims of this research are (1) to find out the influence of education level, working time, age, work experience, and the number of family members toward the woman’s labor income in Datar Village. (2) to find out which variable that has relationship with the woman’s labor income. (3) to find out how much the contribution of woman’s labor income towards the family income. This research uses all of the populations which is done by census with the number of respondents of 51 woman laborers, it uses multiple regression analysis tool, correlation test analysis, and contribution analysis.
The results of this research are: (1) simultaneously, the level of education, working time, age, work experience, and the number of family members influence the woman’s labor income. Partially, the level of education, working time, work experience, and the number of family member significantly and positively influence the woman’s labor income. Age is negatively and not significantly influences the woman’s labor income. (2) the variable that has strongest relationship with the woman’s labor income is the working time variable. (3) the woman’s labor income had big contribution towards the family income.
The implications of this research are: (1) the level of education, working time, work experience, and the number of family members have positive and significant influence toward the woman’s labor income. The method to increase the education level and work experience that can be done by the government is by giving a training to make ketupat cover with different shape. The method to increase the working time is by giving the additional time so that the obtained income will be higher. Another way to get additional money is by using the palm leaf ribs to make handicrafts such as wicker plate or broomstick. Those handicrafts can be sold so that the woman laborer of ketupat cover maker will get additional income. (2) the contribution of woman laborer of ketupat cover maker toward the family income is quite high. The woman laborers are expected to make ketupat cover more efficient.
