Dalam melakukan pembangunan biasanya memerlukan suatu kerjasama dengan pihak lain, yakni dengan maksud untuk memudahkan pembangunan tersebut tercapai sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Collaborative governance merupakan suatu cara yang dapat menjembatani berbagai elemen seperti pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat untuk bekerja sama dalam banyak hal, demikian pula pada level pembangunan desa. Setiap desa yang ada di Indonesia diharapkan dapat menerapkan pembangunan desa dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menganalisis collaborative governance dalam pembangunan desa di Desa Dermaji Kecamatan Lumbir Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Dermaji Kecamatan Lumbir Kabupaten Banyumas, sasaran dalam penelitian ini antara lain Pemerintah (Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, Kepala Seksi Kesejahteraan dan LPPM UNSOED), Pihak Swasta (GDM dan TDK) dan Masyarakat (Tokoh Masyarakat). Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis model interaktif (Interactive Models of Analysis). Dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas data dengan menggunakan Triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya collaborative governance dapat mempercepat proses pembangunan desa. Proses dialog tatap muka faktanya tidak dapat dilakukan dialog (komunikasi) dan negosiasi. Karena proses-proses tersebut didominasi oleh Kepala Desa, tingkat kepercayaan dari masing-masing stakeholder terjalin dengan baik tidak ada yang ditutup-tutupi namun masih didominasi oleh Kepala Desa, komitmen atas proses yang ada antar stakeholder pun sudah berjalan dengan baik, selain itu mereka juga sudah saling mengerti dan memahami tujuan dari diadakannya kolaborasi tersebut, kondisi desa sudah terlihat sangat baik dari segi fisik maupun non fisiknya. Namun masyarakat dan stakeholder lainnya beranggapan bahwa hal tersebut masih bisa dikembangkan kembali untuk kemajuan Desa Dermaji.

In carrying out development usually requires a collaboration with other parties, namely with the intention of facilitating the development to be achieved in accordance with predetermined objectives. Collaborative governance is a way that can bridge various elements such as government, the private sector and the community to work together in many ways, as well as at the village development level. Every village in Indonesia is expected to be able to implement village development properly. This study aims to describe or analyze collaborative governance in village development in Dermaji Village, Lumbir District, Banyumas Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The objectives in this study include the Government (Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of welfare Section and UNSOED LPPM), Private Parties (GDM and TDK) and Community (Community Leaders). The selection of informants used purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is interactive model analysis (Interactive Models of Analysis). In this study to test the validity of the data by using data triangulation. The results of the study show that the existence of collaborative governance can accelerate the process of village development. The face-to-face dialogue process is in fact unable to carry out dialogue (communication) and negotiation. Because the processes were dominated by the Village Head, the level of trust of each stakeholder was well established, there was nothing covered up but still dominated by the Village Head, the commitment to the existing processes among stakeholders was already going well, besides they also have understood each other and understood the purpose of the collaboration, the condition of the village has looked very good both physically and non-physically. But the community and other stakeholders assume that this can still be developed again for the progress of Dermaji Village.
