Kepuasan konsumen di tengah pertumbuhan toko online berbanding terbalik dengan meningkatnya preferensi belanja online. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan penjual online harus melakukan inovasi, terutama yang menunjang kepuasan konsumen. Begitu pula dengan CV Global Purwokerto, harus memiliki inovasi untuk menunjang kepuasan konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi helpdesk (layanan bantuan) di CV Global Purwokerto dengan mengimplementasikan ajax danlocation based service. Sistem informasi ini dapat meningkatkan pelayanan CV Global terhadap pelanggan, dimana pelayanan dikemas dalam fitur pencarian solusi, pengajuan tiket pengaduan dan penukaran produk. Sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, Javascript dan CSS. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem informasi ini adalah metode waterfall.

Consumer satisfaction in the growth of online stores is inversely proportional to the increased online shopping preferences. This results in online sellers having to innovate, especially those that support consumer satisfaction. Likewise with CV Global Purwokerto, it must have innovation to support customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to design and build a helpdesk information system (assistance service) at CV Global Purwokerto by implementing ajax and location based service. This information system can improve CV Global services to customers, where services are packaged in a solution search feature, submission of complaint tickets and product exchange. This information system was built with the programming languages PHP, HTML, Javascript and CSS. The development method that be used in building this information system is the waterfall method.
