Desa Pliken merupakan sentra produksi tempe di Kabupaten Banyumas yang memiliki jumlah perajin terbanyak. Masyarakat Desa Pliken banyak yang bekerja sebagai perajin tempe, karena industri tempe ini sudah menjadi usaha turun temurun dari keluarga perajin, tetapi belum diketahui seberapa besar kontribusi dari industri ini tempe ini. Oleh karena itu perlu untuk diketahui biaya produksi tempe, penerimaan, pendapatan, kelayakan, serta kontribusi dari industri rumah tangga tempe. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) menghitung besarnya biaya produksi, penerimaan dan pendapatan dari industri rumah tangga tempe, 2) mengetahui kelayakan dari industri rumah tangga tempe, 3) mengetahui besarnya kontribusi pendapatan dari industri rumah tangga tempe terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga perajin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2018 sampai dengan 2 Oktober 2018. Sasaran penelitian adalah perajin tempe Desa Pliken. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan diperoleh responden sebanyak 38 orang perajin tempe. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis biaya dan pendapatan, analisis kelayakan, dan analisis kontribusi pendapatan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata biaya produksi tempe yang dikeluarkan perajin sebesar Rp3.094.590,46 per minggu, rata-rata penerimaan yang diperoleh perajin sebesar Rp4.351.776,32 per minggu, dan rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp1.257.185,86 per minggu. Nilai R/C industri rumah tangga Desa Pliken sebesar 1,43 yang berarti usaha ini layak untuk dijalankan. Besarnya kontribusi pendapatan industri rumah tangga tempe terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga perajin sebesar 66,62 persen yang berarti usaha ini memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi pendapatan perajin dan merupakan pekerjaan utama untuk sebagaian besar perajin.

Pliken Village is the central of tempe production in Banyumas Regency which has the highest number of tempe craftsmen. Many of the Pliken villagers work as tempe craftsmen, because the tempe industry has become a hereditary business from the crafters' family, but it is not yet known how much contribution of this tempe industry. Therefore, it is necessary to know the production costs of tempe, revenue, income, feasibility, and contributions from the Tempe home industry. The purposes of this study are: 1) Calculate the amount of production costs, revenues and income from the home industry tempe, 2) knowing the feasibility of the tempe home industry, 3) knowing the amount of income contribution from the tempe home industry to the income of the craftsmen's household. The method of this research is survey method. This research was held on 31 August 2018 until 2 October 2018. The target of this research are the tempe craftsmen of Pliken Village. The sampling method uses simple random sampling technique and obtained by respondents as many as 38 tempe craftsmen. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, cost and income analysis, feasibility analysis, and income contribution analysis. The results of the study showed that the average cost of production of tempe produced by craftsmen was Rp3.094.590,46 per week, the average revenue obtained by craftsmen was Rp4.351.776,32 per week, and the average income earned was Rp1.257.185,86 per week. The R/C value of the Pliken Village home industry is 1,43, which means this business is feasible to run. The size of the contribution of the income of the tempe household industry to the income of the craftsmen's household is 66,62 percent, which means that this business contributes greatly to the income of craftsmen and is the main job for the majority of craftsmen.
