PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP LOYALITAS PADA PASIEN RUMAH SAKIT GIGI DAN MULUT PENDIDIKAN (RSGMP) UNSOED

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pasien dan loyalitas pada pasien Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Pendidikan (RSGMP) Unsoed. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 140 responden. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan sebagai metode untuk pengambilan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan program aplikasi AMOS dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien, serta kepuasan pasien berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien RSGMP Unsoed. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan atau saran yang dapat dijadikan sebagai rekomendasi kepada pihak manajemen RSGMP Unsoed. This study aims to explain the relationship between service quality, satisfaction and loyalty in patients of Unsoed Dental and Oral Hospital (RSGMP). This study is an associative study with a quantitative descriptive approach. The number of respondents taken in this study were 140 respondents. The purposive sampling technique is used as a method for sampling. AMOS statistical software with Structural Equation Modeliling (SEM) are being used for data analysis purpose. The results of the study showed that service quality variables had an effect on patient satisfaction, the variable of patient satisfaction had an effect on patient loyalty. The results of this study are expected to provide input or suggestions that can be used as recommendations for RSGMP Unsoed.
