Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Konflik Pengurus Yayasan dan Karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto Dalam Pengelolaan Aset Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto di Kabupaten Banyumas Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan konflik politik antara Yayasan Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto (YARSI) dan pihak Karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto dalam konflik pengelolaan aset Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto di Kabupaten Banyumas. Menyebutkan dan menjelaskan aktor-aktor yang terlibat dan faktor-faktor yang mendorong terjadinya konflik politik antara pihak Yayasan Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto (YARSI) dan Karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto di Kabupaten Banyumas.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Kuningan tepatnya di Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto Kabupaten Banyumas. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menjamin validitas data, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik trianggulasi data. 
Dalam hal ini, bahwa roses konflik pengelolaan asset Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto diawali oleh adanya klaim organisasi Muhammadiyah atas kepemilikan rumah sakit yang dibarengi  penggantian jajaran manajemen secara sepihak yang dilakukan oleh pengurus Yayasan Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto (YARSI). Kedua peristiwa tersebut kemudian memicu penolakan sebagian besar karyawan rumah sakit untuk melakukan pemogokan kerja dan aksi demonstrasi. Pada tahap konflik selanjutnya, perselisihan memasuki ranah hukum dimana pihak pekerja yang tergabung dalam serikat pekerja (SP) selaku penggugat mengajukan gugatan kepada pihak Yayasan dan pihak Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto yang keduanya diduga kuat bekerjasama melakukan akusisi atas asset Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto demi kepentingan organisasi Muhammadiyah dan kepentingan rumah sakit pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Terdapat tiga aktor yang terlibat dalam konflik pengelolaan asset Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto. Aktor-aktor tersebut adalah pihak Yayasan Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto, pihak Serikat Pekerja (SP) Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto, dan pihak Pengurus Daerah Muhammadiyah Banyumas Berdasarkan analisa konflik pengelolaan ini, peneliti menganalisis terdapat dua faktor utama yang mendorong terjadinya perselisihan diantara pihak Yayasan Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto dengan pihak serikat pekerja (SP). Pertama yakni adanya dualisme cerita sejarah pendirian Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto, dimana kedua belah pihak memiliki versi yang berbeda atas proses awal berdirinya Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto dan keduanya juga didukung oleh dasar hukum formal yang kuat. Kedua yakni adanya keterlibatan pihak lain di Luar Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto yang ikut berkontribusi dalam memperluas konfik dan memperkeruh suasana. Pihak-pihak ini yakni Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto di pihak yayasan dan Barisan Ansor Serbaguna Nahdlatul Ulama (Banser) Banyumas di pihak pihak serikat pekerja (SP).

This study discusses the Conflict of Management of Foundation and Employees of Purwokerto Islamic Hospital in Managing the Assets of Purwokerto Islamic Hospital in Banyumas Regency in 2016. This study aims to understand and describe the political conflict between the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital Foundation (YARSI) and the Islamic Hospital Employees Purwokerto in the conflict of asset management of Purwokerto Islamic Hospital in Banyumas Regency. Mention and explain the actors involved and the factors that led to the political conflict between the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital Foundation (YARSI) and the Employees of the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital in Banyumas Regency.
The research method used is a qualitative method using a case study approach. The location of the study was conducted in Kuningan Regency precisely at Purwokerto Islamic Hospital, Banyumas Regency. Data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. To guarantee data validity, this study uses data triangulation techniques.
In this case, the conflict management process of the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital was preceded by claims by Muhammadiyah organizations on the ownership of the hospital accompanied by a unilateral replacement of management by the management of the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital Foundation (YARSI). The two incidents then triggered the refusal of most hospital employees to carry out work strikes and demonstrations. At the next stage of the conflict, disputes entered the legal sphere where the workers joined in the union (SP) as the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Foundation and the Medical Faculty of the University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto who both allegedly collaborated in acquiring the assets of the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital Muhammadiyah and the interests of the Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto teaching hospital. There are three actors involved in the asset management conflict at the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital. The actors were the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital Foundation, the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital Workers' Union (SP), and the Muhammadiyah Regional Administrators Banyumas Based on this conflict management analysis, the researchers analyzed two main factors that led to the dispute between the Hospital Foundation. Islam Purwokerto with the union (SP). The first is the dualism of the history of the founding of the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital, where both parties have different versions of the initial process of establishing the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital and both are also supported by a strong formal legal basis. The second is the involvement of Other Parties Outside the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital which contributes to expanding conflict and worsening the atmosphere. These parties are the Medical Faculty of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto University at the foundation and the Nahdlatul Ulama (Banser) Multipurpose Ansor Line on the side of the union (SP).
