Penelitian berjudul “Analisis Konflik Politik Pembangunan Gereja Santa Clara dengan Majelis Silaturahi, Umat Islam Bekasi (MSUIB) di Bekasi Utara.” Memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kronologi konflik pembangunan Gereja Santa Clara dengan Majelis Silaturahim Umat Islam Bekasi (MSUIB) dan relasi Pemerintah Kota Bekasi, FKUB, dan Yayasan Gereja Santa Clara dalam menyelesaikan konflik pembangunan rumah ibadah.
	Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivisme serta menggunakan perspektif sturkturalis dan pendekatan studi kasus. Sementara dalam pemilihan informan, peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Di dalam kerangka pemikiran penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka pemikiran konflik dan citizenship (kewargaan).
	Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kronologi konflik pembangunan Gereja Santa Clara mengalami tiga tahap, tahap-tahap tersebut menunjukan peningkatan dan penurun intensitas konflik dalam skala tertentu. Tiga tahap tersebut adalah latent tension, nescent tension, dan intensified conflict. latent tension adalah tahap konflik masih berbentuk kesalahpahaman antara satu dengan yang lain. Pada tahap nescent conflict, konflik yang mulai nampak dalam bentuk pertentangan meskipun belum menyertakan ungkapan ideologis dan pemetaan terhadap pihak lawan secara terorganisasi. intensified conflict adalah konflik yang terjadi dalam bentuk yang terbuka disertai radikalisasi gerakan diantara pihak yang saling bertentangan dan masuknya pihak ketiga dalam arena konflik. Adanya pembangunan Gereja Santa Clara menimbulkan reaksi dari sebagian masyarakat dan ormas. Ormas Majelis Silaturahim Umat Islam Bekasi (MSUIB) melakukan aksi demonstrasi sebagai bentuk penolakan pembangunan gereja tersebut. Pada konflik tersebut adanya peran Pemerintah Kota Bekasi, FKUB, dan pihak Gereja Santa Clara dalam menyelesaikan konflik pembangunan rumah ibadah tersebut. Pemerintah Kota Bekasi melakukan mediasi kepada pihak-pihak yang terkait sebelum dan sesudah konflik, namun pada mediasi tersebut tidak mendapatkan hasil apa-apa. Pihak Pemerintah Kota Bekasi menganggap bahwa konflik pembangunan Gereja Santa Clara sudah selesai dan gereja tersebut mendapatkan aspek legalitas berdasarkan Peraturan Bersama Menteri Nomor 9 dan Nomor 8 tahun 2006 tentang pendirian rumah ibadah.

The title of research is political conflict of development of Santa Clara Church with Majelis Silaturahim Umat Islam Bekasi (MSUIB) in North Bekasi. In general, this study attempts to describe the chronology of the conflict in the construction of the Santa Clara Church with the Majelis Silaturahim Umat Islam Bekasi (MSUIB) and the relations of the Bekasi City Government, FKUB, and the Santa Clara Church Foundation in resolving conflicts over the construction of houses of worship.
        This research used qualitative research methods with constructivism paradigm and use sturkturalis perspective and approach a case study. While in local informants, researchers used purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data collection in this research used a technique of observation, in depth interviews and documentation. In the framework of thought this research using the framework of the conflict and citizenship. 
	The results of this study indicate that the chronology of the conflict of development of the Santa Clara Church experienced three stages, these stages showed an increase and decrease in the intensity of the conflict on a certain scale. The three stages are latent tension, nescent tension, and intensified conflict. latent tension is the stage of conflict in the form of misunderstanding between one another. In the nescent conflict phase, conflicts that began to appear in the form of conflict even though they did not include ideological expressions and organized mapping of the opposing parties. Intensified conflict is a conflict that occurs in an open form accompanied by radicalization of movements between conflicting parties and the entry of third parties in the arena of conflict. The construction of the Santa Clara Church caused a reaction from some communities and mass organizations. The mass organization of the Majelis Silaturahim Umat Islam Bekasi Assembly (MSUIB) held a demonstration as a form of rejection of the construction of the church. In the conflict there was the role of the City Government of Bekasi, FKUB, and the Santa Clara Church in resolving conflicts over the construction of houses of worship. The Bekasi City Government mediated with the parties involved before and after the conflict, but the mediation did not get any results. The Bekasi City Government considers that the conflict in the construction of the Santa Clara Church has been completed and the church has obtained a legality aspect based on the Joint Ministerial Regulation Number 9 and Number 8 of 2006 concerning the establishment of places of worship.
