Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persentase berat limpa dengan jumlah leukosit dan eritrosit pada ternak kelinci yang terinfeksi koksidiosis. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelinci jantan jenis rex umur 2-6 bulan dengan indikasi terinfeksi koksidiosis, seperangkat alat bedah, tabung penampung darah, kontainer es, tissue, pisau, timbangan, wadah penampung organ, Etilen Diamin Tetra Asetat (EDTA), formalin, pipet eritrosit standar “101” larutan NaCl fisiologis, sampel darah, hemasitometer, mikroskop, counting chambers(bilik hitung), larutan Turk, pipet leukosit “11”, dan decker glass. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan survei dengan metode pengambilan sampel convenience sampling. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara persentase berat limpa dengan jumlah leuokosit dan eritrosit (P<0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuk persamaan garis yang linier dengan model Persentase Limpa = 0,736 + 0,006 (Jumlah Eritrosit) – 0,0000001576 (Jumlah Leukosit).

The aim of this research were to investigate the relation between percentage of lien weight and with the total of leucocyte and the total of erythrocyte in rabbits infected by coccidiosis. Materials was used in this research were male rabbit type rex with age of 2-6 month that indicated infected coccidiosis, a set of surgery tool, blood container tube, ice container, tissue, knive, scales, organ container, Etilen Diamin Tetra Acid (EDTA), formalin, standar erythrocyte pipet “101”, NaCl phsylogic, blood sample, hemacytometer, microscope, counting chambers, turk liquid, leucocyte pipet “11”, and decker glass. The experiment design were used survey with sampling method convenience sampling. The data were obtained was analyzed with multiple regression. The result showed that there was a relation between percentage of lien and the total of leucocyte and total of erythrocyte (P<0,05). The conclusion, there were form a linier line equation with the model percentage of lien weight = 0.736 + 0.006 (Total of Erythrocyte) + 0.000001576 (Total of Leucocyte).
