RINGKASAN Penelitian tentang Oligarki Bisnis Dan Ekonomi Politik Lokal: Studi Kasus PT. Rita Ritelindo bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan kekuatan oligarki Etnis Tionghoa di Kabupaten Banyumas khususnya di Purwokerto yakni Tn. Lim Bun Jung selaku Presdir PT. Rita Ritelindo. Selain itu juga memahami pola relasi dan proses pengembangan usaha di tingkat lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dan perspektif stukturalis dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini berlokasi di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas dengan situs beraada di Kota Purwokerto. Teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Sedangkan untuk keabsahan data menggunakan teknik analisis triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, pertama representasi kekuatan oligarki PT. Rita Ritelindo di Kabupaten Banyumas adalah dengan membentuk perusahaan Holding Company. Memiliki 9 jenis usaha yang berpusat di Purwokerto yaitu divisi swalayan, divisi konstruksi dan developer, divisi kuliner, divisi mall, divisi minimarket, divisi fashion, divisi entertain, dan divisi hotel dan restauran. Usaha yang paling banyak di Purwokerto adalah divisi bidang makanan sebanyak 9 outlet dan disusul dengan divisi ritel sebanyak 5 outlet. Kedua kekuatan oligarki PT. Rita Ritelindo selain untuk membangun bisnisnya juga digunakan untuk mengembangkan pengaruh politiknya khususnya di Kabupaten Banyumas. Pengembangan bisnis usaha PT. Rita Ritelindo diawali dengan usaha ritel kemudian merambah sektor lainnya. Usahanya terus berkembang, PT. Rita Ritelindo mengukuhkan dirinya sebagai perusahaan Hoding Company. Beberapa anak perusahaannya yaitu PT. BUN sektor konstruksi dan developer, PT. BUNI sekor hiburan, PT. Tjong Tujuh Bersaudara sektor ekspor dan impor, dan terakhir PT. Jaya Makmur Bersatu sektor Hotel dan Restauran. Kepemilikan sumber daya kekayaan material, Buntoro dapat memengaruhi perpolitikan di Kabupaten Banyumas pada saat pembangunan Rita Supermall yang awalnya tidak mengantongi Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB). Dengan kekuatan bisnisnya, Buntoro sebagai oligarki mampu mempengaruhi perpolitikan terlihat pada pembangunan Rita Supermall dapat terus berjalan dengan keluarnya Peraturan Bupati Nomor 85 Tahun 2010 tentang Batas Lokasi Sekitar Pendopo Sipanji. Perbup tersebut merupakan bentuk intervensi langsung Buntoro terhadap Mardjoko selaku Bupati Banyumas periode 2008-20013.

SUMMARY Research about Business Oligarchs And regional political Economy: a case study of PT Rita Ritelindo aims to understand and describe the power of the oligarchy of ethnic Chinese in the Regency of Banyumas Purwokerto in particular namely Mr. Lim Jung as the Bun Presdir PT. As for the validity of the data using a data triangulation analysis techniques. The results of this study, namely, the first representation of the power of the oligarchy of PT Ritelindo Banyumas Regency Rita is by forming a Holding Company Company. It has 9 types of businesses based in Purwokerto namely self-service Division, the Division of construction and developer of culinary, Division, Division, Division, Division of fashion stores, entertain, and Division the Division of hotels and restaurant. Most businesses in Purwokerto is a division of the field of food as much as 9 outlets and retail divisions followed by as much as 5 outlet. Both the power of the oligarchy PT. Rita Ritelindo in addition to building its business is also used to develop his political influence especially in the District of Banyumas. Business development effort of PT.
