KARAKTERISTIK NOISE KAPAL BERDASARKAN JENIS KAPAL DI SELAT NUSAKAMBANGAN CILACAP

Keberadaan aktivitas pelayaran di perairan dapat menghasilkan noise dengan karakteristik tertentu berdasaran jenis kapal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan jenis kapal di Selat Nusakambangan Cilacap serta karakteristik noise yang dihasilkannya. Akuisisi data karateristik dan jenis kapal diperoleh dari hasil survei dan perekaman CCTV dan dianalisis secara deskriftif. Sedangkan data karateristik noise berdasaran jenis kapal diperoleh dari perekaman hidrofon dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua tipe mesin kapal, yaitu inboard (kapal pengayoman dan tunda) dan outboard (kapal nelayan, penyeberangan dan pandu) dengan kekuatan mesin mencapai 1.500 HP (tunda), daya muat mencapai 500 GT (tunda) dan kecepatan operasional mencapai 30 Knot (pandu). Karateristik noise kapal (intensitas, frekuensi dan durasi pulsa) mengalami perbedaan yang signifikan berdasaran jenis kapal, sedangkan durasi interval tidak mengalami perbedaan yang signifikan.

The existence of shipping activities in the waters produced noise with certain characteristics based on the type of ship. This study aimed to determined the characteristics and types of vessels in Selat Nusakambangan Cilacap Port Waters, and the characteristics of noise that their produced. Data acquisition of characteristics and types of vessels are obtained by CCTV recording and surveys, and analyzed as descriptively. While the data of noise characteristics based on the type of vessel were recorded by hydrophone, and analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis analysis. The results showed that there are two types of ship engines, namely inboard (ro-ro and tug boat) and outboard (small fishing, small ferry and pilot boat) with engine power reaching 1,500 HP (tug boat), loading capacity reaching 500 GT (tug boat) and operational speed reaching 30 Knots (pilot boat). Noise characteristics of the ship (intensity, frequency and pulse duration) experienced significant differences based on the type of ship, while the interval duration had not a significant difference.
