PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR LIMBAH CAIR TAHU DAN NASA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN CAISIM (Brassica juncea L) DI TANAH INCEPTISOL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Menjelaskan pengaruh pemberian POC limbah cair tahu dan POC Nasa terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim, 2) Menjelaskan pengaruh pemberian POC limbah cair tahu dan POC Nasa pada interval waktu yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim, 3) Menjelaskan kombinasi yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan tanaman caisim. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2018 di kebun percobaan dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi POC Nasa dan limbah cair tahu yang terdiri dari 6 taraf yaitu P1 = POC Nasa 100%, P2 = POC Nasa 75% + POC limbah cair tahu 25%, P3 = POC Nasa 50% + POC limbah cair tahu 50%, P4 = POC Nasa 25% + POC limbah cair tahu 75%, P5 = POC limbah cair tahu 100%, dan P6 = Tanpa perlakuan. Faktor kedua yaitu interval pemberian yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu W1 = pemberian setiap 1 minggu, W2 = pemberian setiap 2 minggu, dan W3 = pemberian setiap 3 minggu. Variabel yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, kehijauan daun, luas daun, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tajuk segar, bobot akar segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot tajuk kering, bobot akar kering, suhu dan kelembaban, intensitas cahaya, dan pH tanah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji F, apabila terdapat keragaman dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi yang direkomendasikan yaitu POC Nasa 25%+limbah cair tahu 75% sehingga menghasilkan 85,14 t/ha. Interval pemberian pupuk yang direkomendasikan yaitu pemberian 3 minggu sekali sehingga menghasilkan 81,78 t/ha. Kombinasi antara konsentrasi pupuk dan interval pemberian yang direkomendasikan yaitu POC Nasa 25%+limbah cair tahu 75% dengan interval pemberian 2 minggu sekali, sehingga menghasilkan tanaman caisim sebanyak 103,38 t/ha.

This research aimed to: 1) Explain the effect of giving tofu liquid waste POC and Nasa on the growth and yield of caisim plants, 2) Explain the effect of giving tofu liquid waste POC and Nasa at different time intervals on the growth and yield of caisim plants, 3) Explain the right combination for the growth of the caisim plant. The research was conducted from July to October 2018 at experimental farm and the Agronomy and Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Sudirman University, Purwokerto.The research design used was Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with two factors. The first factor was the concentrated of Nasa POC and tofu liquid waste consists of 6 levels, namely P1 = 100% Nasa POC, P2 = 75% Nasa POC + 25% tofu liquid waste POC, P3 = 50% Nasa POC + 50% tofu liquid waste POC, P4 = 25% Nasa POC + 75% tofu liquid waste POC, P5 = 100% tofu liquid waste POC, and P6 = Without treatment. The second factor was interval gave which consists of 3 levels, namely W1 = giving every 1 week, W2 = giving every 2 weeks, and W3 = giving every 3 weeks. The variables observed were plant height, leaf number, the green of leaf, leaf area, fresh plant weight, fresh canopy weight, fresh root weight, dry plant weight, dry canopy weight, and dry root weight. The data obtained were analyzed used the F test, if there was diversity followed by the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) level of 5%. The results showed that the recommended concentration was 25% Nasa POC + 75% tofu liquid waste POC resulting in 85.14 t / ha. The recommended fertilizer interval was gave once every 3 weeks to produce 81.78 t / ha. The combination of fertilizer concentration and recommended interval gave was 25% Nasa POC+ 75% tofu liquid waste POC with the interval gave every 2 weeks, so as to produce caisim plants as much as 103.38 t / ha.
