Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk organik cair azolla terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman sawi, 2) pengaruh dosis pupuk kascing terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman sawi, 3) kombinasi antara konsentrasi pupuk organik cair berbasis azolla dan dosis pupuk kascing yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman sawi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan  di screen house Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dari bulan September 2018 sampai November 2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara faktorial dengan pola dasar Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama terbagi menjadi 4 taraf yakni A0 = kontrol , A1 =  Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair azolla 100 ml/l, A2 = Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair azolla 200 ml/l, A2 = Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair azolla 300 ml/l. Faktor kedua terbagi dalam 3 taraf  yakni B0 = kontrol, B1 = pupuk kascing 32 g/polibag, B2 = pupuk kascing 49 g/polibag. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan pemberian berbagai macam konsentrasi pupuk cair azolla tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, luas daun, dan panjang akar terpanjang tanaman. Perlakuan dosis pupuk kascing memberikan pengaruh yang nyata pada terhadap seluruh variabel pengamatan. Dosis pupuk kascing 32 g/polibag memberikan hasil terbaik pada variabel pengamatan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman sawi. Sedangkan interaksi antara kedua perlakuan tidak memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap seluruh variabel pengamatan.

This research aims to determine 1) the effect of azolla organic liquid fertilizer concentration on the growth and production of mustard greens, 2) the effect of vermicompost fertilizer dosage on the growth and production of mustard greens plants, 3) the best combination of azolla organic liquid fertilizer concentration and vermicompost fertilizer dosage for the growth and production of mustard greens. This research was carried out at the screen house of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Sudirman University from September 2018 to November 2018. This research was carried out in a factorial manner with a basic pattern of Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) which was repeated 3 times consisting of two factors. The first factor is divided into 4 levels, namely A0 = control, A1 = concentration of azolla liquid organic fertilizer 100 ml/l, A2 = concentration of azolla liquid organic fertilizer 200 ml/l, A2 = concentration of azolla liquid organic fertilizer 300 ml/l. The second factor is divided into 3 levels namely B0 = control, B1 = 32 g/polybag fertilizer vermicompost, B2 = 49 g/ polybag fertilizer vermicompost. The results showed that the treatment of various types of azolla liquid fertilizer gave no significant effect on plant height, leaf total, weight of fresh plant, weight of dry plant, leaf area, and the longest root length of the plant. The treatment of the vermicompost fertilizer gave a significantly effect on all observation variables. The dosage of vermicompost 32 g / polybag gave the best results on the observation variables of the growth and production of mustard greens plants. Whereas the interaction between the two treatments did not give a significant effect on all observation variables.
