PENGARUH PERLAKUAN PELLETING DAN ENSILASE RANSUM KOMPLIT TERNAK KELINCI TERHADAP KANDUNGAN PROTEIN KASAR DAN SERAT KASAR

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pelleting dan ensilase terhadap persentase kandungan protein kasar dan serat kasar dalam ransum komplit, mendapatkan metode pengolahan terbaik yang mampu menjaga bahkan meningkatkan kualitas pakan. Materi yang digunakan bekatul, bungkil kelapa, onggok, jagung giling, garam, mineral mix dan limbah kubis. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen, rancangan penelitian ialah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu R1: ransum komplit, R2: pelet ransum komplit dan R3: silase ransum komplit. Rataan hasil analisis proksimat kandungan protein kasar ransum komplit, pelet ransum komplit dan silase ransum komplit adalah 12,68±0,41%, 13,22±0,59, 12,52±0,40% dan rataan hasil analisis proksimat kandungan serat kasar ransum komplit, pelet ransum komplit dan silase ransum komplit adalah 15,94±0,40%, 16,02±0,56%, 13,29±0,56%. Hasil analisis variansi kandungan protein kasar menunjukan perlakuan ransum komplit, pelet ransum komplit dan silase ransum komplit berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) sedangkan hasil analisis variansi kandungan serat kasar menunjukan perlakuan ransum komplit, pelet ransum komplit dan silase ransum komplit berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01). Dilakukan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) yang menunjukan perlakuan ransum komplit dan pelet ransum komplit berbeda tidak nyata (P>0,05) sedangkan perlakuan silase ransum komplit berbeda sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap ransum komplit dan pelet ransum komplit.

The study aimed to determine the effect of pelleting and ensilase on the percentage of crude protein and crude fiber content in complete feed, to obtain the best processing method that was able to maintain and even improve the quality of feed. The material used is bran, coconut cake, cassava waste, milled corn, salt, mineral mix and cabbage waste. The study used the experimental method, the study design was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 6 replications. Tests carried out were R1: complete feed, R2: complete feed pellet and R3: complete feed silage. The average proximate analysis of crude protein content complete feed, complete feed pellet and complete feed silage was 12.68 ± 0.41%, 13.22 ± 0.59, 12.52 ± 0.40% and the average of proximate analysis crude fiber content complete feed, complete feed pellet and complete feed silage is 15.94 ± 0.40%, 16.02 ± 0.56%, 13.29 ± 0.56%. The results of the analysis of the variance on crude protein content showed complete feed treatment, complete feed pellet and complete feed silage had no significant effect (P>0.05) while the results of variance analysis crude fiber content showed complete feed treatment, complete feed pellets and complete feed silage high significantly effect (P<0.01). Further testing of the Honest Significant Difference (HSD) showed treatment of complete feed and complete feed pellet was not significantly different (P>0.05) while complete feed silage treatment was high significantly different (P<0.01) for complete feed and complete feed pellet.
