Go-Jek merupakan dampak dari kemajauan teknologi. Mahasiswa merupakan salah satu pengguna aktif Go-Jek. Tetapi, kehadiran Go-Jek juga sering menimbulkan penolakan, terutama dari kalangan pengemudi ojek konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan mahasiswa FISIP Unsoed terhadap keberadaan transportasi online Go-Jek di Purwokerto dan sikap terhadap konflik yang terjadi antara ojek online dengan ojek konvensional. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di FISIP Unsoed, Purwokerto Utara. Sasaran penelitian ialah mahasiswa FISIP Unsoed pengguna aktif transportasi online Go-Jek.  Teknik penentuan informan ialah purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. 
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian mahasiswa FISIP memandang Go-Jek memberikan banyak manfaat bagi mahasiswa seperti Go-Jek lebih praktis, efektif, dan efisien. Sikap sebagian mahasiwa memandang konflik yang terjadi antara ojek konvensional dengan ojek online ialah sikap konformis dan sikap problem solving. Sikap konformis menyatakan bahwa konflik adalah sesuatu hal yang biasa dan harus diterima. Sikap problem solving menyatakan bahwa konflik harus segera diselesaikan melalui solusi-solusi tertentu.
Mahasiswa juga menyarankan agar pengemudi ojek konvenisonal beralih menjadi ojek online serta menyarankan agar pemerintah lebih peduli pada nasib pengemudi ojek konvenisonal yang tersisih akibat kemajuan teknologi.

Go-Jek is the impact of technological advancement. Students are one of the active users of Go-Jek. However, the presence of Go-Jek also often caused rejection, especially from conventional ojek’s drivers. This study aims to determine the views of FISIP Unsoed students on the existence of Go-Jek online transportation in Purwokerto and attitudes towards conflicts that occur between ojek online and conventional ojek. This research uses qualitative methods. This research was conducted at FISIP Unsoed, North Purwokerto. The research targeted to FISIP Unsoed students who are active users of online transportation Go-Jek. The technique of determining the informant was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The technique of collecting data uses in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation.
The results showed that some FISIP students viewed Go-Jek as providing many benefits for students such as Go-Jek was more practical, effective, and efficient. The attitude of some students view the conflict that occured between conventional ojek’s driver and online ojek’s drivers is a conformist attitude and problem solving attitude. The conformist attitude states that conflict is something normal and must be accepted. Problem solving attitude states that conflict must be resolved immediately through certain solutions.
Students also suggested that the conventional ojek’s divers switch to online ojek’s drivers and suggested that the government care more about the fate of conventional ojek’s drivers who were excluded due to technological advances.
