Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Pengaruh Kemampuan Teknik Personal, Program Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan  Dan Ketersediaan Sarana Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Sistem Keuangan Daerah “Mitra Desa” Di Kabupaten Wonosobo)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kemampuan Teknik Personal, Program Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan  Dan Ketersediaan Sarana Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Sistem Keuangan Daerah “Mitra Desa”. Sampel  dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat desa yang mengoperasikan aplikasi Mitra Desa. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik survei dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan bantuan SPSS 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1)Kemampuan Teknik Personal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Mitra Desa, (2) Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Mitra Desa, dan (3) Ketersediaan Sarana Fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Mitra Desa. Implikasi dari kesimpulan diatas yaitu pemerintah Kabupaten Wonosobo perlu meningkatkan program pendidikan dan pelatihan dan perlu meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas dari sarana yang mendukung aplikasi Mitra Desa.

This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The title of this study is : "The Effect of Personal Engineering Capabilities, Education and Training Programs and Availability of Physical Facilities on Regional Financial System Performance" Mitra Desa"in Wonosobo District)". The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Personal Engineering Capabilities, Education and Training Programs and Availability of Physical Facilities on the Performance of Regional Financial Systems "Mitra Desa". The sample in this study was village officials who operated the Mitra Desa application. The sampling technique used convenience sampling technique. Furthermore, the data used in this research is primary data. Survey technique used to collect the data by distributing questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis as the analytical method is processed using SPSS 13. The results of the study show that (1) The Ability of the Personal Technique does not have a significant effect on the Performance of Mitra Desa, (2) The Education and Training Program has a positive effect on Mitra Desa Performance, and (3) The Availability of Physical Facilities has a positive effect on Mitra Desa Performance. The implication of the above conclusion is that the Wonosobo District government needs to improve its education and training programs and needs to improve the quantity and quality of the facilities that support the application of Village Partners.
