ANALISIS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN JIWA DI PUSKESMAS PEKUNCEN KABUPATEN BANYUMAS TAHUN 2018

Latar Belakang: Puskesmas merupakan salah satu fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama milik pemerintah yang diatur dalam undang-undang untuk melakukan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa. Namun pada kenyataannya kualitas pelayanan kesehatan jiwa di Indonesia masih bervariasi. Puskesmas Pekuncen merupakan puskesmas dengan jumlah kunjungan gangguan jiwa tertinggi di Kabupaten Banyumas yaitu 200 kunjungan pada tahun 2017. Tingginya angka kunjungan menggambarkan tingginya kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa di Puskesmas Pekuncen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Pekuncen Kabupaten Banyumas. Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Informan utama penelitian ini adalah 5 orang petugas puskesmas dan informan tambahan adalah 1 orang petugas DKK dan 3 orang keluarga pasien. Analisis data menggunakan content analysis dengan pendekatan thematic network. Hasil Penelitian:Kesiapan Puskesmas Pekuncen melaksanakan integrasi UKM UKP layanan kesehatan jiwa belum berjalan optimal. Pada sektor UKM tujuan kegiatan kunjungan rumah sebagai upaya pendampingan kepatuhan minum obat belum dapat tercapai dan pada sektor UKP puskesmas sebatas melakukan rujukan, belum terlaksana program rujuk balik pasien schizopherenia. Kesimpulan: Layanan kesehatan jiwa di puskesmas terintegrasi antara UKM UKP dan Puskesmas Pekuncen telah merencanakan kegiatan sesuai SPM dan SOP namun pelaksanaan belum berjalan optimal. Background: Public health center is one of health care facilities on basic level owned by government which regulated in constitution to provide mental health service. Nevertheless, in fact the quality of mental health services in indonesia is still vary. Public Health Center Pekuncen is a public health center that has the highest number of visit in Region Banyumas which is 200 visits on 2017. The high number of visit shows the high demand of mental health services in Public Health Center Pekuncen. This research aims to describe mental health services that held in Public Health Center Pekuncen Region Banyumas. Methodology: This research is qualitative descriptive research. The main informants in this research are 5 staffs of public health center and the additional informants are 1 staff of district health office and 3 people of patient’s family. The data is analyzed using contet analysis with thematic work approach. Research’s Result: The readiness of Public Health Center Pekuncen in doing integration on public and individual health efforts of mental health services is not going optimally yet. On the sector public health efforts, the purpose of home visit activity as the effort of medicine consumption accompaniment has not achieved whereas on the sector individual health efforts, public health center only gives reference and the refer back program on schizopherenia patients has not implemented. Conclusion: Mental health services in Public Health Center has integrated with public and individual health efforts and Public Health Center Pekuncen has planned the activities based on minimal service standards and SOP even though the implementation is not going optimally yet.
