EFEK INOKULASI PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) ISOLAT INDIGENOUS TANAH SAWAH UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN PADI (Oryza sativa L.)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh inokulasi PGPR isolat indigenous tanah sawah yang mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman padi dan (2) isolat PGPR yang paling efektif mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman padi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Agronomi dan Screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan September 2017 sampai Maret 2018. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial. Perlakuan terdiri dari 9 macam isolat PGPR dan 2 kontrol yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, kehijauan daun, luas daun, bobot akar kering, bobot akar tajuk, bobot tanaman kering, panjang akar, jumlah anakan produktif, panjang malai, jumlah gabah permalai, jumlah gabah isi perumpun, jumlah gabah hampa perumpun, jumlah gabah perumpun, bobot gabah isi perumpun, bobot gabah hampa perumpun, bobot gabah perumpun, bobot 1000 biji dan bobot jerami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pemberian inokulasi PGPR isolat R11 (P8) (jumlah anakan), isolat P07 (P3) (jumlah daun), isolat P10 (P4) (jumlah anakan), isolat R08 (P7) (jumlah anakan) dan isolat R04 (P6) (tinggi tanaman) mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman padi dan pemberian inokulasi belum mampu meningkatkan produksi tanaman padi. (2) Isolat PGPR yang paling efektif mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman padi (tinggi tanaman) adalah isolat R04 (P6) sebesar 31,35 % pada umur 8 mst dan 26,23 % pada umur 10 mst.

The goals of this research are to understand: (1) the effect of PGPR inoculation of isolat indigenous on rice fields that can improve the growth and produce of rice plants and (2) the most effective of isolat PGPR that can improve the growth and produce of rice plants. This research was done in Agronomic Laboratory and Screen house at faculty of Agriculture, University of Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. This research was done on September 2017 until March 2018. Design of experiments used was non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD). The treatment consisted of 9 kinds of PGPR isolate and 2 controls that was repeated three times. Variabels observed including plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, greenish of leaves, leaf area, dry root weight, canopy root weight, dry plant weight, root length, number of productive tillers, panicle length, number of grains for each panicle, number of grains with cognate, number of grains without cognate, number of cognate grains, weight of grains with cognate, weight of grains without cognate, weight of cognate grains, weight of 1000 seeds and weight of straws. The results showed that (1) Giving PGPR inoculation of isolat R11 (P8) ( number of tillers), isolat P07 (P3) (number of leaves), isolat P10 (P4) (number of tillers), isolat R07 (P7)( number of tillers) and isolat R04 (P6)( plant height) improve the growth of rice plants and Giving PGPR inoculation no improve produce of rice plants. (2) The most effective Isolat PGPR that improve the growth of rice plants ( plant height) was isolat R04 (P6) of 31,35% at the age of 8 mst and 26,23% at the age of 10 mst.
