Respon Intensitas dan Persentase Estrus Sapi Pasundan yang Diinjeksi Prostaglandin pada Lokasi yang Berbeda

"Respon Intensitas dan Persentase Estrus Sapi Pasundan yang diinjeksi Prostaglandin pada Lokasi yang Berbeda” dilaksanakan di Ciamis, Jawa Barat pada Kelompok Tani Ternak Al-Hidayah dan Balai Perbibitan Sapi Potong Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Ciamis Jawa Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mempelajari apakah terdapat perbedaan antara respon intensitas dan persentase estrus Sapi Pasundan betina yang diinjeksi prostaglandin pada lokasi pemeliharaan yang berbeda (on farm dan on stationary). Materi yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini yaitu Sapi Pasundan Betina (fase luteal) sebanyak 10 ekor masing – masing dipelihara on farm dan on stationary. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental, uji analisis menggunakan uji independent t-test untuk respon intensitas estrus dan uji chi square untuk persentase estrus. Peubah yang diamati adalah respon intensitas estrus atau tingkatan estrus dari tanda-tanda estrus yang terlihat diukur menggunakan skor 1-4 dan persentase estrus setelah injeksi prostaglandin yang ke-2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respon intensitas estrus antara Balai Perbibitan Sapi Potong Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Ciamis Jawa Barat dan Kelompok Tani Ternak Al-Hidayah adalah tidak berbeda nyata (P˃0,05). Respon intensitas estrus Sapi Pasundan betina setelah injeksi prostaglandin yang ke-2 masing-masing di Balai Perbibitan Sapi Potong Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Ciamis Jawa Barat dan Kelompok Tani Ternak adalah (1,90 ± 0,88) dan (2,20 ± 0,92). Persentase estrus setelah injeksi prostaglandin yang ke – 2 masing-masing di Balai Perbibitan Sapi Potong Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Ciamis Jawa Barat dan Kelompok Tani Ternak adalah (80%) dan (70%). Kesimpulannya adalah intensitas dan persentase estrus Sapi Pasundan di Balai Perbibitan Sapi Potong Sapi Potong dan Perikanan Ciamis Jawa Barat dan Kelompok Tani Ternak Al-Hidayah relatif sama.

"The Intensity Response and Estrus Percentage of Pasundan Cow Injected with Prostaglandin in Different Locations" implemented in Ciamis, West Java at the Al - Hidayah Livestock Farmers Group and the Cattle Breeder Office of the Ciamis Livestock and Fisheries Office of West Java. The aim of this research is to learn whether there were differences between the response of estrus intensity and estrous percentage of Pasundan Cow injected with prostaglandin kept at Al - Hidayah Livestock Farmers Group and the Cattle Breeder Office of the Ciamis Livestock and Fisheries Office of West Java. The material used in this study is 20 head Pasundan Cows, each 10 cows kept on farm and 10 cows on stationary. This research used an experimental method, the analysis test used independent t-test for estrus intensity response and chi square test for the percentage of estrus. The variables observed were estrus intensity response or estrus level from the signs of estrus which were seen measured using a score of 1-4 and estrus percentage after second injection of prostaglandin. The results of this experiment showed that the intensity respons of estrus between The Cattle Breeder Office of the Ciamis Livestock and Fisheries Office of West Java and Small Holder Groups Al-Hidayah was not significantly different (P˃0.05). The score of estrous intensity respon of Pasundan Cows following the second injection of prostaglandin kept in The Cattle Breeder Office of the Ciamis Livestock and Fisheries Office of West Java and Small Holder Groups Al-Hidayah were (1.90 ± 0.88) and (2.20 ± 0.92), respectively. The estrus percentage following the second injection of prostaglandin injection in The Cattle Breeder Office of the Ciamis Livestock and Fisheries Office of West Java and Small Holder Groups Al-Hidayah were 80% and 70%, respectively. In conclusion, the intensity and percentage estrus of Pasundan Cow at The Cattle Breeder Office of the Ciamis Livestock and Fisheries Office of West Java and Small Holder Groups Al-Hidayah were relatively the same.
