Skripsi ini menguraikan mengenai bagaimana peranan Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban (LPSK) dalam melindungi saksi pelapor dalam perkara tindak pidana korupsi. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam skripsi ini adalah Bagaimana hah-hak saksi pelapor dalam memperoleh perlindungan hukum dalam peradilan tindak pidana korupsi dan Bagaimana peran lembaga perlindungan saksi dan korban (LPSK) untuk melindungi saksi pelapor dalam peradilan tindak pidana korupsi. Penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis sosiologis 
Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yaitu Hak-hak saksi pelapor dilindungi selama proses penyelidikan sampai pelaksanaan putusan pengadilan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban Pasal 5 ayat 1 huruf a sebagai payung hukum untuk memberikan perlindungan saksi pelapor dalam mengungkap tindak pidana korupsi. Tugas, fungsi, dan wewenang LPSK diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2014 Pasal 12 yang memberikan jaminan perlindungan hukum baik psikis maupun fisik selama proses penyelidikan sampai peradilan. Perlindungan yang diberikan oleh LPSK untuk melindungi saksi dan pelapor diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2014 Pasal 28 dan Pasal 29 mengenai tata cara untuk mendapatkan perlindungan. 
Simpulan dari skripsi ini LPSK sebagai lembaga yang berwenang melindungi saksi pelapopr sudah bekerja dengan optimal, yaitu mengawal hak-hak yang harus didapat saksi pelapor agar tidak di ciderai

This thesis describes the role of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) in protecting reporting witnesses in cases of corruption. The problems raised in this thesis are how the rights of the reporting witnesses in obtaining legal protection in the corruption court and how the role of witness and victim protection institutions (LPSK) is to protect the reporting witnesses in the criminal act of corruption. The writing of this thesis uses a sociological juridical research method.
The results of the study and discussion are the rights of the reporting witness are protected during the investigation process until the implementation of the court's decision based on Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Witness and Victim Protection Article 5 paragraph 1 letter a as a legal umbrella to provide reporting witness protection in exposing corruption. The duties, functions and authorities of LPSK are regulated in Law Number 31 of 2014 Article 12 which guarantees legal protection both psychologically and physically during the investigation process to the court. The protection provided by LPSK to protect witnesses and reporters is regulated in Law No. 31 of 2014 Article 28 and Article 29 concerning procedures for obtaining protection.
The conclusions of this thesis LPSK as the institution that is authorized to protect witnesses to work has been working optimally, namely guarding the rights that must be obtained by the reporting witness so as not to be injured
