PROFIL KUALITAS FISIK DAN KIMIA AIR DI WADUK SAGULING BANDUNG JAWA BARAT TAHUN 2018

Waduk Saguling terletak di Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat yang dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan budidaya keramba jaring apung. Keberadaan KJA dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan sehingga menyebabkan perubahan kualitas air. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan serta mengetahui kondisi kualitas fisik dan kimia air antar stasiun Di Waduk Saguling Bandung Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive random sampling (area inlet, KJA, tengah dan outlet yang ada di Waduk Saguling). Lokasi pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada 4 (empat) stasiun dengan 5 kali ulangan pengambilan sampel, waktu penelitian pada bulan Juli 2018. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif komparatif dan uji F. Hasil pengukuran parameter fisik dan kimia air, yaitu : suhu air 26.4-27.2oC, kecerahan 86.3-148.9 cm, kekeruhan 0.97-4.48 NTU, TSS 47.6-164.0 mg/L, TDS 154.2-185.0 mg/L, DHL 231.2-277.4 µS/cm, pH 7.61-7.86, DO 2.76-5.16 mg/L, CO2 bebas 2.46-3.65 mg/L, alkalinitas 1.46-2.20 mg/L, nitrat 0,048-0,291 mg/L, ortofosfat 0.013-0.021 mg/L, amonia 0.018-0.030 mg/L, COD 12.08-29.50 mg/L, BOD 3.57-5.74 mg/L. Disimpulkan bahwa secara umum kondisi kualitas fisik dan kimia air antar stasiun (area Waduk Saguling) berbeda nyata, kecuali pH dan alkalinitas. Adapun kondisi kualitas fisik dan kimia air mendukung bagi habitat biota akuatik, kecuali alkalinitas, amonia dan DO.

Saguling Reservoir is located in West Bandung, West Java, which is used for floating net cage cultivation. The existence of KJA from year to year has increased, causing changes in water quality. The study aimed to find out the differences and determine the condition of the physical and chemical quality of water between stations in Saguling Reservoir, Bandung, West Java. The method used is a survey method. The sampling technique was purposive random sampling (inlet area, KJA, middle and outlet in Saguling Reservoir). The sampling location was carried out on 4 (four) stations with 5 replications of sampling, study time in July 2018. Data were analyzed by comparative descriptive and F test. The results of measurements of physical and chemical parameters of water, namely: water temperature 26.4-27.2oC, brightness 86.3-148.9 cm, turbidity 0.97-4.48 NTU, TSS 47.6-164.0 mg/L, TDS 154.2-185.0 mg/L, DHL 231.2-277.4 µS/cm, pH 7.61-7.86, DO 2.76-5.16 mg/L, CO2 free 2.46-3.65 mg/L, alkalinity 1.46-2.20 mg/L, nitrate 0.048-0.291 mg/L, orthophosphate 0.013-0.021 mg/L, ammonia 0.018-0.030 mg/L, COD 12.08-29.50 mg/L, BOD 3.57 -5.74 mg/L. It was concluded that in general the condition of physical and chemical quality of water between stations (Saguling Reservoir area) was significantly different, except for pH and alkalinity. The conditions of physical and chemical quality of water support habitat for aquatic biota, except alkalinity, ammonia and DO.
