Penelitian ini berjudul "Strategi Pengembangan Lanting Kuning Kecil
Industri di Kecamatan Sumpiuh, Kabupaten Banyumas "bertujuan untuk menganalisis BEP (Break
Event Point), tingkat efisiensi ekonomi, lingkungan internal dan eksternal
kondisi, dan alternatif pengembangan industri lanting kuning skala kecil
strategi di Kecamatan Sumpiuh Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah enam belas
pengusaha lanting kuning di Kecamatan Sumpiuh, Kabupaten Banyumas. Itu
Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rumus BEP, efisiensi bisnis (B / C
Rasio), matriks IFE, matriks EFE, matriks IE, dan matriks SWOT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa enam belas lanting kuning
pengusaha di Kecamatan Sumpiuh, Kabupaten Banyumas telah mencapai BEP pada
dasar harga Rp.7.600 dan atas dasar satuan 258 kilogram, sedangkan
dari perhitungan B / C Ratio menunjukkan bahwa enam belas lanting kuning
pengusaha di Kecamatan Sumpiuh Banyumas telah efisien atau layak untuk
terus, ini dibuktikan dengan nilai B / C Ratio> 1 dengan nilai rata-rata
B / C Ratio 2,09. Berdasarkan matriks IFE kuning IFE di Kecamatan Sumpiuh, Kabupaten Banyumas menunjukkan skor 3,65, dan matriks EFE menunjukkan skor
3.666, sehingga dalam matriks IE kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal
dari industri kecil lanting kuning menunjukkan di sel satu, di mana strategi terbaik
yang bisa dilakukan adalah strategi pertumbuhan. dan pengembangan dari mana
sel implementasi strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah intensif dan
strategi integratif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa industri kecil lanting kuning dapat
terus karena telah memberikan manfaat. Beberapa hal yang bisa dilakukan oleh
pengusaha adalah dengan mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kerjasama dengan Banyumas
Pemerintah kabupaten, mengembangkan inovasi, dan pemasaran yang lebih luas

This research entitled "Strategy for Developing Lanting Kuning Small
Industry in Sumpiuh Subdistrict, Banyumas District" aims to analyze BEP (Break
Event Point), level of economic ef iciency, internal and external environmental
conditions, and alternative small-scale lanting kuning industry development
strategies in Sumpiuh District Banyumas. This research uses census method. Respondents in this study were sixteen
yellow lanting entrepreneurs in Sumpiuh District, Banyumas Regency. The
analytical tool used in this study is the BEP formula, business ef iciency (B / C
Ratio), IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, and SWOT matrix. The results of the analysis showed that the sixteen lanting kuning
entrepreneurs in Sumpiuh Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency had reached BEP on
the basis of prices of Rp.7,600 and on the basis of units of 258 kilograms, whereas
from the calculation of B / C Ratio showed that the sixteen lanting kuning
entrepreneurs in Sumpiuh District Banyumas has been ef icient or feasible to
continue, this is evidenced by the value of B / C Ratio> 1 with an average value of
B / C Ratio of 2.09. Based on the IFE yellow IFE matrix in Sumpiuh Subdistrict, Banyumas District showed a score of 3.65, and the EFE matrix showed a score of
3.666, so that in the IE matrix the internal and external environmental conditions
of the lanting kuning small industry showed in cell one, where the best strategy
that could be carried out was the growth strategy. and development where from
the cell the strategy implementation that can be carried out is an intensive and
integrative strategy. The implication of this research is that the small lanting kuning industry can
continue because it has provided benefits. Some things that can be done by
entrepreneurs are by maintaining and enhancing cooperation with the Banyumas
Regency government, developing innovation, and broader marketing
