Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pertumbuhan dan reproduksi ikan sepat siam (Trichogaster pectoralis), untuk pola pertumbuhan (hubungan panjang berat dan faktor kondisi) dan aspek reproduksi (rasio kelamin, tingkat kematangan gonad, indeks kematangan gonad, fekunditas dan diameter telur). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober dan November 2017 berlokasi di Waduk PB. Soedirman. Sampel ikan sepat siam selama penelitian berjumlah 67 ekor, yang terdiri dari 31 ekor ikan sepat siam jantan dan 36 ekor ikan sepat siam betina. Pola pertumbuhan ikan sepat siam yaitu b = 3,06 (isometric) dan faktor kondisi ikan sepat siam di  memiliki nilai > 1 yaitu termasuk dalam ikan yang kurang pipih. Ikan sepat siam yang diperoleh selama penelitian memiliki nilai TKG 1 – IV. Nilai IKG ikan sepat siam jantan adalah 0,07 – 4,36 % sedangkan IKG ikan sepat siam betina adalah 10,88 – 20,83 %. Fekunditas ikan sepat siam selama penelitian adalah 3265,7 – 123182,6 butir dengan kisaran diameter telur 587,944 µm. Data ini mengungkap bahwa ikan sepat siam mampu tumbuh dan bereproduksi dengan baik di Waduk PB. Soedirman.

This study aims to determine the pattern of growth and reproduction of Siamese septic fish (Trichogaster pectoralis), for growth patterns (long weight relationship and condition factors) and reproductive aspects (sex ratio, gonadal maturity level, gonadal maturity index, fecundity and egg diameter). This research was conducted in October and November 2017 located in Waduk PB. Soedirman.. Siamese septic fish samples during the study amounted to 67, consisting of 31 male conjoined septic fish and 36 female conjoined septic fish. The pattern of growth of Siamese septic fish is b = 3.06 (isometric) and the condition factor of Siamese septic fish has a value of> 1, which is included in the less flat fish. Siamese septic fish obtained during the study had a value of TKG 1 - IV. The IKG value of male conjoined fish is 0.07 - 4.36% while the IKG of female conjoined fish is 10.88 - 20.83%. The fecundity of Siamese septic fish during the study was 3265.7 - 123182.6 items with an egg diameter range of 587,944 μm. These data reveal that Siamese sepat fish are able to grow and reproduce well in the Waduk PB. Soedirman.
