Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, iklan, word of mouth, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan menggerakkan merek Reta Beauty Clinic Center. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa sarjana Universitas Soedirman Purwokerto yang melakukan perawatan di klinik kecantikan Reta Beauty Clinic Center. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan metode estimasi interval, diperoleh sampel minimal 96 responden, tetapi penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 100 eksemplar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, kriteria yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa aktif Universitas Jenderal Soedirman yang berganti merek di Reta Beauty Clinic Center. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, iklan, word of mouth, kualitas produk dan persepsi harga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan transfer merek di Reta Beauty Clinic Center.

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, advertising, word of mouth, product quality, and price perceptions of the decision to move the brand Reta Beauty Clinic Center. The population in this study is the undergraduate students at Soedirman University Purwokerto who do the treatment at beauty clinic Reta Beauty Clinic Center. Determination of sample size using the interval estimation method, obtained a sample of at least 96 respondents, but the questionnaire spread as many as 100 copies. Sampling method using purposive sampling, the criteria used are active university students General Soedirman who switch brands at Reta Beauty Clinic Center. The results show that brand image, advertisement, word of mouth, product quality and price perception have a positive effect on brand transfer decision at Reta Beauty Clinic Center.
