Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk kandang sapi dan pupuk organik cair limbah cucian beras (POC) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada, 2) mengetahui dosis pupuk kandang sapi dan konsentrasi POC yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman Selada, 3) mengetahui pengaruh interaksi dosis pupuk kandang sapi dan konsentrasi POC terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house di Desa Melung Kecamatan Kedung Banteng dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian dimulai pada bulan Januari 2018 sampai dengan  April 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama pemberian dosis pupuk kandang sapi terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu 0;104,16;208,33;312,5 g/tanaman. Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi POC terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu 0;10;20;30 ml/liter air. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian dosis pupuk kandang sapi seberat 208,33 g/tanaman memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot akar segar, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot tajuk segar, dan bobot tajuk kering. Pemberian konsentrasi POC tidak memberikan pengaruh pada semua variabel pengamatan. Tidak ada interaksi antara dosis pupuk kandang sapi dengan POC terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada. Kombinasi dosis pupuk kandang sapi seberat 208,33 g/tanaman  dan tanpa POC merupakan kombinasi terbaik pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada.

This research aimed to: 1) to know the effect of cow manure and liquid organic fertilizer of rice waste water (LOF) for growth and yield of lettuce, 2) to know the dose of cow manure and the right concentration of LOF for growth and yield of lettuce, 3) to know the effect of interaction dosage of cow manure and concentration LOF  to growth and yield of lettuce. The research was conducted in screen house in Melung Village, Kedung Banteng Subdistrict and Agronomy and Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. The research was conducted from January until April 2018. This research was used Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with two factors. The first factor of doses of cow manure consists of 4 levels, there are 0;104,16;208,33;312,5 g/plant. The second factor is the concentration of LOF consisting of 4 levels, there are 0;10;20;30ml/liter of water. The results was showed that dose of 208.33 g/plant cow manure gave the best effect to plant height, number of leaf, leaf area, fresh root weight, fresh plant weight, dry plant weight, fresh shoot weight, and dry shoot weight. The treatment by giving concentration of LOF did not significant on all observation variables. There is no interaction between dose of cow manure and LOF to growth and yield of lettuce. The combination dose of cow manure weighing 208.33 g/plant and without LOF is the best combination on the growth and yield of lettuce.
