HUBUNGAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP IKLIM KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI PADA PENGURUS GERAKAN PRAMUKA KWARTIR CABANG BANYUMAS PERIODE 2016-2021)

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap iklim komunikasi organisasi yang terjadi di lingkungan gerakan pramuka Kwartir Cabang Banyumas periode 2016-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Pengambilan sampelnya dengan proporsional random sampling yang merupakan gabungan proporsional sampling dan random sampling. Proporsional digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah sampel perbidangnya dan pengambilannya dengan random sampling menggunakan model undian. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dengan Iklim Komunikasi Organisasi terdapat hubungan yang kuat, positif, dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,770 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Ini berarti bahwa semakin gaya kepemimpinan dapat dilaksanakan maka akan menentukan iklim harmonis yang terjadi di Kwarcab Banyumas. Dari 4 gaya kepemimpinan yang diujikan ternyata hanya 2 yang memiliki hubungan yang kuat jika dihubungkan dengan iklim komunikasi organisasi, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan konsultatif dan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif. ABSTRACT This research was aimed at analyzing the correlation between leadership styles in organizational communication climate that occurs in Banyumas council committee of Scout Movement in the period of 2016-2021. This research was quantitative research using survey method. The sampling collection method used proportional random sampling which was the combination of proportional sampling and random sampling. Proportional was used to calculate the number of samples in each division and the collection used random sampling with a lottery model. The data analysis technique used correlational test of Product Moment and the hypothesis test used T-test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there is the strong, positive, and significant correlation between the Leadership Style with Organizational Communication Climate in which the correlation coefficient was 0.770 and the significance value was 0.000. It means that the more leadership style can be implemented, it will determine the harmonious climate that occurs in the Banyumas Regency. Of the 4 leadership styles which were tested, there were only 2 styles that had strong relationship when it was correlated to variable Y. Those leadership styles were the consultative leadership style and participatory leadership style in which the correlation coefficients were 0.636 and 0.696. Of those two styles, the participatory leadership style is the best style to apply since its correlation coefficient was 0.696.
