Tindak pidana kekerasan dalam rumah tangga sebenarnya bukan hal yang baru lagi dan dapat menimpa siapa saja, baik suami, istri, anak dan semua pihak yang berada dalam lingkup rumah tangga. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang paling sering terjadi adalah kekerasan fisik yang dilakukan oleh suami terhadap istri yang dipicu oleh berbagai faktor. Seperti dalam kasus putusan nomor : 11/Pid.Sus/2017/PN.Pwt, dimana pelakunya adalah seorang suami Indra Putra Teguh Khamim Susanto terhadap Fina Febiyana istrinya sendiri. Kekerasan fisik dilakukan karena dipicu faktor istrinya yang mengalami gangguan jiwa.
Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pembuktian dan alat bukti yang ada dalam kasus putusan nomor :11/Pid.Sus/2017/PN.Pwt. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini berupa yuridis normatif dengan spesifikasi penelitian preskriptif analitis dan menggunakan data sekunder serta data primer sebagai data tambahan.
Pembuktian dalam kasus putusan nomor :11/Pid.Sus/2017/PN.Pwt. menggunakan ketentuan dan alat bukti yang sah sesuai KUHAP dan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan dalam Rumah Tangga. Melalui pembuktian terdakwa terbukti bersalah, kemudian karena terdakwa bersikap jujur dan kooperatif serta faktor isterinya yang terbukti mengalami gangguan jiwa menjadi hal yang meringankan bagi terdakwa sehingga hakim memutus hukumannya lebih ringan dari tuntutan jaksa penuntut umum yang awalnya dituntut 8 (delapan) bulan penjara diputus menjadi 4 (empatd) bulan penjara.

Criminal acts of violence in the household actually is not new anymore and can happen to anyone, whether husband, wife, children, and all parties that fall within the scope of the household. Domestic violence that occurs most frequently was physical violence perpetrated by the husband against the wife which was triggered by a variety of factors. As in the case of a verdict number : 11/Pid.Sus/2017/PN.Pwt, where the culprit was Indra Putra Teguh Khamim Susanto as a husband against Fina Febiyana his own wife. Physical violence was done because of the triggered factor of his wife who is experiencing a mental disorder.
The study intends to find out and analyze how the proving evidence and the evidence which was in the case of a verdict number : 11/Pid.Sus/2017/PN.Pwt. The method used in this research in the form of normative juridical with the specifications of the prescriptive analytical research as well as secondary data and primary data were used as additional data.  
The proof in the case of a verdict number : 11/Pid.Sus/2017/PN.Pwt, using the provisions and valid evidence according to the criminal procedure code and Law Number 23 Year 2004 about Elimination of Domestic Violence. Through the evidence of the accused was proven guilty, then because of the defendant was being honest and cooperative as well as the factor of his wife which proved to experience a mental disorder be it made the ease for the defendantso that a judge cut his sentence to be lighter than the demands of the public prosecutor initially demanded 8 (eight) month imprisonment was sentenced into 4 (four) month imprisonment.
