PT TIDAR SEJAHTERA sebagai perusahaan jasa bidang kontruksi dimana bentuk badan usahanya sebagai pelaksana, Salah satu proyek yang ditangani oleh perusahaan ini yaitu proyek Peningkatan Jalan Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Kota Cirebon. Proyek merupakan usaha yang komplek, tidak rutin, yang dibatasi oleh waktu, anggaran dan mutu. Perencanaan, Penjadwalan dan pengendalian yang baik sangat diperlukan bagi prusahaan agar proyek dapat berjalan sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis durasi yang optimal serta probabilitas dengan jalur kritis menggunakan metode PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique).

Berdasarkan analisis network Planning dengan menggunakan metode PERT didapatkan satu jalur kritis. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan perbandingan, dimana waktu normal penyelesaian proyek yang direncanakan oleh perusahaan adalah 110 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 10.799.425.000,00 sedangkan dengan metode PERT proyek dapat terselesaikan selama 107,5 hari dengan biaya yang sama. Probabilitas penyelesaian proyek sebesar 95,15%.

Analisi network Planning dengan menggunakan metode PERT dapat mempersingkat waktu pengerjaan proyek selama 2,5 hari sehingga proyek ini dapat terselesaikan dengan tepat waktu dan mencapai hasil yang optimal.

SUMMARY
PT TIDAR SEJAHTERA as a service company in the field of construction where the form of business entity as executor. The company has been established for 18 years. One of the projects handled by this company is the Improvement of Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Road, Kota Cirebon.
The project is a complex, non-routine, time-limited, budget and quality effort. Planning, Scheduling and good control is needed for the company so that the project can run in accordance with the time specified. This study aims to analyze the optimal duration and probability with critical path using PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) method.
Based on Planning network analysis using PERT method, one critical path is obtained. From the results of this study can be used as a comparison, where the normal time of completion of the project planned by the company is 110 days at a cost of Rp. 10,799,425,000.00 as the PERT method of the project can be completed for 107.5 days at the same cost. Probability of project completion is 95.15%.
Therefore, network planning analysis using PERT method can shorten the project work time by 2.5 days so that the project can be completed on time and achieve optimal results.
