Keabsahan Keputusan Tata Usaha Negara harus sesuai dengan perundang-undangan dan Asas-Asas Umum Pemerintahan yang Baik, jika tidak sesuai maka akan berakibat pada dinyatakan batal atau tidak sahnya KTUN. Salah satu kasus mengenai pembatalan KTUN, terdapat dalam Putusan PTUN Semarang Nomor 06/G/2015 PTUN-SMG. Dalam hal ini Peneliti tertarik meneliti mengenai keabsahan Surat Keputusan objek sengketa dari aspek wewenang, substansi, prosedur dan Asas-Asas Umum Pemerintahan yang Baik.
Dalam rangka menjawab permasalahan di atas, metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan tipe penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan metode pendekatan kasus. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan model intepretasi.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa dari aspek wewenang dan aspek prosedur penerbitan Surat Keputusan objek sengketa oleh Tergugat telah bertentangan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dan Asas-Asas Umum Pemerintahan yang Baik terutama asas kepastian hukum dan asas kecermatan.

The validity of the State Administration Decree must be in accordance with the laws and the General Principles of Good Governance, if it is not so, it will cause to be declared of null or invalid KTUN. One of cases regarding to the cancellation of KTUN is contained in the Semarang State Administrative Court Decision Number 06 / G / 2015 PTUN-SMG. In this case, the researcher is interested in researching to the validity of the disputed object Decree from the aspects of authority, substance, procedure and General Principles of Good Governance.
In order to answer those problems, the research method used in this study is by using a normative juridical type of research with a legislative approach and a case approach method. The analytical method used in the research is qualitative using interpretation models.
The results of the study stated that from the aspect of authority and the aspects of the Decree issuing procedure on the disputed object by the Defendant, it was contrary to the Legislation and the General Principles of Good Governance, especially the principle of legal certainty and the principle of accuracy.
