Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara produksi susu dengan BCS sapi FH pada laktasi  pertama di BBPTU-HPT Baturraden. Pengambilan data sampel telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 Maret – 20 April 2018. Materi penelitian terdiri atas 250 catatan data produksi susu terkoreksi dan 250 catatan data BCS, bulan laktasi 1-10 yang berasal dari 25 ekor sapi FH laktasi pertama di BBPTU-HPT Baturraden. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa produksi susu berhubungan erat dengan bulan laktasi yang ditunjukkan dengan persamaan  y= -0,1223x2 + 0,6068x + 13,493 dan R2 sebesar 0,97. Kurva produksi susu  menunjukan bahwa pada bulan ke-1 sampai bulan ke-3 terjadi kenaikan produksi susu dengan puncak produksi pada bulan ke-3, rataan produksi puncak sebesar 14,74 liter dan rataan produksi sebesar 12,12 liter/ekor/laktasi. Rataan BCS sebesar 3,22, angka tersebut masih temasuk ideal karena standar BCS sapi FH adalah 3. Hubungan BCS dengan bulan laktasi sangat erat dengan persamaan y=  2,9133+0,0132x2 +0,0365x ditunjukan dengan R2  sebesar 0,95. Grafik BCS menunjukan bahwa semakin lama bulan laktasi maka BCS semakin meningkat, dengan rataan BCS terbesar pada bulan ke-10 sebesar 3,79. Produksi susu dengan BCS pada sapi FH laktasi pertama memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan persamaan y= -3,9224x2 + 18,894x - 7,6087, ditunjukan dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,98.

The research aims to know the correlation between milk production and Body Condition Score (BCS) of Friesian Holstein (FH) dairy cattles on the first lactation at BBPTU-HPT Baturrraden. The research was conducted on 20th of March – 20th of April, 2018. The materials consisted of 250 records of corrected milk production data and 250 records of FH dairy cattle BCS, 1st - 10th lactation month was came from 25 first lactation FH dairy cattles at BBPTU-HPT Baturraden. The result  showed that milk production was tightly related to the lactation month which was obtained through an equation y= -0.1223x2+0,6068x+13,493, with the coefficient determinant R2= 0,97. The milk production curve showed that there was an enhancement of milk production at the 1st - 3rd month, the highest production rate was 14,74 liters and the production rate was 12,12 liters/head/lactation. The average BCS was 3,22 and it was still including to ideal because the standard of FH Cattles BCS is 3. The correlation between BCS and lactation month was tightly related which was obtained an equation y= 2,9133+0,0132x2+0.0365x with the coefficient determinant R2= 0,95. The BCS chart showed that the longer lactation month the BCS increased, with the highest average of BCS was reached on the 10th month which the BCS value 3,75 appeared. Milk production and BCS of the first lactation FH dairy cattles had a tight relation through an equation y= -3.9224x2+18.894x-7.6087, with the coefficient determination R2 = 0,98.
