Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto; (2) pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto; (3) pengaruh pendapatan orang tua terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto yang berjumlah 91 siswa dan semuanya dijadikan sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai βx1 sebesar 0,446; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai βx2 sebesar 0,340; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif pendapatan orang tua terhadap kesiapan kerja yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai βx3 sebesar 0,163.
Implikasi dari penelitian ini, untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa, sekolah perlu mejalin kerja sama yang lebih baik lagi dengan dunia usaha/dunia industri meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri. Bagi guru, sebaiknya perlu memberikan motivasi kepada siswa selama pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar supaya siswa dapat yakin terhadap kemampuan diri mereka sendiri dan efikasi diri siswa dapat bertambah. Pihak sekolah juga perlu memperbanyak program beasiswa bagi siswa-siswa yang kurang mampu.

This research aimed to analyze: (1) the influence of industrial work practice toward work readiness of students class XI expertise competence of Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto; (2) the influence of self efficacy toward work readiness of students class XI expertise competence of Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto; (3) the influence of parents' income toward work readiness of the students class XI expertise competence of Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto.
This research is an ex-post facto research with quantitative approach. The subjects of this study are students of class XI Accounting SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto which amounted to 91 students and all put as respondents. Data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression.
The result of this research are: (1) there is positive influence of industrial work practice toward work readiness which is shown with βx1 value equal to 0,446; (2) there is positive influence of self efficacy toward work readiness shown by βx2 value equal to 0,340; (3) there is positive influence of parents’ income toward work readiness shown by βx3 value equal 0,163.
The implication of this research is to increase the work readiness of students, the school needs to cooperate better with the business world / industrial world to improve the quality of the implementation of industrial work practice. For teachers, it should be necessary to provide motivation to students during the implementation of teaching and learning activities so that students can be assured of their own abilities and self-efficacy students can increase. The school also needs to increase the scholarship program for underprivileged students.
