Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri di Jawa Tengah Tahun 2000-2016”. Upaya pembangunan di berbagai sektor perekonomian membutuhkan dana yang besar, tetapi kemampuan pemerintah dalam menyediakan dana tersebut terbatas karena penerimaan pemerintah juga terbatas. Oleh karena itu salah satu kebijakan pemerintah adalah melakukan usaha-usaha agar memperoleh dana pembangunan yaitu melalui investasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat inflasi, tingkat pengangguran terbuka, pengeluaran pemerintah dan suku bunga kredit investasi terhadap penanaman modal dalam negeri (PMDN) di Jawa Tengah serta variabel mana yang paling berpengaruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan data sekunder.
	Hasil penelitia ini adalah variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi, pengeluara pemerintah dan suku bunga kredit investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PMDN, variabel tingkat inflasi dan tingkat pengangguran terbuka berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap PMDN di Jawa Tengah. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap PMDN di Jawa Tengah adalah pengeluaran pemerintah.
	Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pemerintah perlu meningkatkan lagi alokasinya terutama untuk pembiayaan pembangunan di sektor-sektor yang mempunyai dampak multiplier yang besar terhadap investasi seperti perbaikan dan penambahasan sarana dan prasarana serta perbaikan infrastruktur seperti transportasi, komunikasi dan energi.

The tittle of this research is “The Analysis of The Factors That Influence The  Domestic Capital Investment in Central Java Period 2000-2016”. The effort of development on each one of the economic sectors needs enormous funding. But the ability of the goverment to provide those fundings is limted because the goverment revenue is also limited. Therefore, one of the goverment poicies is to make several efforts to get the development fundings which is trough investation. This research has the purpose to find out the influence of economic growth, inflation rate, open unemployment rate, government expenditure, and investation credit interest rate against the domestic  capital investment in Central Java and also which variables influence the most. This research use multiple linear regression method using secondary data.
	The analysis method which is used is multiple linear regression with classical assumption test, and beta coefficient test. The result of this researh are the economic growth, goverment expenditure and investation credit interest rate have a positive and significant effect against the domestic capital investment, and the inflation and open unemployment rate have a negative and unsignificant effect against the domestic capital investment. is the most influencing factor against the domestic capital investment in Central Java is goverment expenditure.
	The implication of of this research is the goverment should increase the alocation especially to funding the development in sectors that has multiplier effect to investment such as upgrading and increasing tools and infrastructure also repairing the infrastructure such as the transportations, comunications and energy.
