APLIKASI FITOBIOREMEDIATOR TANAH TERCEMAR KADMIUM DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN BAYAM

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran tanaman kangkung dan Bio-T10 serta interaksi keduanya terhadap penyerapan Cd (Cadmium) dan laju pertumbuhan tanaman serta hasil tanaman bayam yang ditanam dibekas tanah yang difitobioremediasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Agroekologi Fakultas Pertanian dan greenhouse Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto, pada bulan Februari sampai Mei 2018. Rancangan acak kelompok lengkap dengan dua faktor yang digunakan. Faktor pertama kepadatan populasi kangkung terdiri atas 0, 2, dan 4 tanaman polibag-1. Faktor kedua yaitu dosis Bio-T10 terdiri atas tanpa aplikasi Bio-T10, serta aplikasi Bio-T10 dosis 50 dan 100%. Data dianalisis dengan uji F. Apabila berbeda nyata, dilanjutkan dengan Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Variabel yang diamati antara lain tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, lebar daun, bobot segar dan kering tajuk, bobot segar dan kering akar tanaman fitoremediator dan tanaman bayam, serta keefektifan penyerapan remediator. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) tanaman kangkung dengan populasi 2 tanaman polybag-1 efektif dapat mengurangi Cd sebesar 66,31%, dan meningkatkan tinggi tanaman tanaman bayam sebesar 20%, jumlah daun, lebar daun serta meningkatkan berat segar dan berat kering tajuk tanaman bayam sebesar 35% dibanding tanpa aplikasi fitobioremeditor (2) Aplikasi Bio-T10 dosis 100% efektif mengurangi Cd sebesar 63,81% dan berpengaruh meningkatkan tinggi tanaman bayam sebesar 18% serta berat kering tajuk tanaman bayam sebesar 23% dibanding tanpa aplikasi fitobioremeditor (3) Terdapat interaksi fitoremediator tanaman kangkung populasi 2 tanaman polybag-1 dengan bioremediator Bio-T10 dosis 50% efektif dapat mengurangi Cd sebesar 71,19% dan berpengaruh meningkatkan tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun bayam sebesar 43%, 31% pada variabel lebar daun tanaman bayam dibanding dengan aplikasi fitobioremeditor

This research aimed to study characterteristic of kangkung, Bio-T10 and both interaction on absorption of Cd (Cadmium) and determine growth rate and yield crop of spinach planted in ex fitobioremediation soil. This research had been conducted at the greenhouse and Agroecology laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto on February until May 2018. Randomized Complete Blok Design with two factors waqs used. The first factor was density of kangkung consisted of 0, 2, and 4 plant polybag-1. The second factor was dosage of Bio-T10 consisted of without and with application of 50 and 100% Bio-T10. Data were analyzed by F-test continued with Duncan’s Multiple Range Test at 5% error level when significant difference was found. The variables observed were plant height, leave number, leave area, wet crown weight, dry crown weight, wet root weight, dry root weight, and effectivity of absorption fitobioremediator. Result of the research showed that (1) Kangkung with 2 population polybag-1 effectively reduced Cd amounted to 66,31% and influenced increase growth of spinach by 20% on plant height, leaf number, leaf area and increased wet crown weight, dry crown weigh spinach plant by 35% compared with plants without application of fitobioremeditor (2) Application of 100% dose of Bio-T10 effectively reduces Cd by 63,81% and has an effect to increase spinach plant growth by 18% on plant height and increase dry weight crown of spinach plant by 23% compared to plants without application fitobioremeditor (3) There are interaction phytoremediator of kangkung plant population 2 plant polybag-1 with bioremediator Bio-T10 50% effective dose can reduce Cd equal to 71,19% and influence spruce plant growth of 43% at variable of plant height and leaf number, 31% on variable leaf area and 63% on variables of dry crown weight of spinach plant compared with plants without application fitobioremeditor
