ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor produksi lahan, bibit, pupuk, dan tenaga kerja serta untuk mengetahui nilai respon Return to Scale (RTS) terhadap usahatani bawang merah di Desa Larangan, Kecamatan Larangan, Kabupaten Brebes. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 205 responden petani bawang. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda (OLS) dalam mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi bawang digunakan fungsi produksi Cobb Douglas. 
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara bersama menunjukkan bahwa faktor produksi seperti luas lahan, benih, pupuk, dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produksi bawang merah, selanjutnya secara individu pengaruh bibit dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh nyata sedangkan luas lahan dan pupuk tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi bawang merah, (2) Nilai respon Return to Scale (RTS) menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor produksi lahan, benih, pupuk dan tenaga kerja menunjukkan nilai skala hasil yang meningkat yaitu sebesar 1,035 persen yang berarti bahwa jika kenaikan satu persen masing-masing faktor produksi akan menghasilkan tambahan produksi bawang merah sebesar 1,035 persen.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of production factor of land area, seeds, fertilizer, and labor and to know response value of Return to Scale (RTS) to onion farming in Larangan Village, Larangan District, Brebes Regency. The number of respondents taken in this research is 205 respondents of onion farmers. The method of data analysis using multiple linear regression method (OLS) in identifying factors influencing onion production is used Cobb Douglas production function. 
Based on the results of research and data analysis shows that: (1) Collectively shows that production factors such as land area, seeds, fertilizer, and labor have a positive effect on onion production, then individually the influence of seeds and significant labor while the area of land and fertilizer are not significantly affected onion production, (2) Response value of Return to Scale (RTS) shows that the factors of production area of land, seeds, fertilizer and labor show the value of Increasing Return to Scale that is the magnitude 1.035 percent which means that if an increase of one percent of each production factor will result in additional onion production of 1.035 percent.
