PT. Galih Estetika merupakan perusahaan pengolah dan pengekspor pasta ubi jalar dengan pasar sasaran Jepang. Berdasarkan data dari PT. Galih Estetika, produksi pasta ubi jalar tahun 2015 yaitu sebesar 1.006.200 kg, pada tahun 2016 yaitu sebesar 737.690 kg, dan pada tahun 2017 yaitu sebesar 719.275 kg. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis tingkat produktivitas pada produksi pasta ubi jalar di PT Galih Estetika; 2) Menentukan jumlah usulan perbaikan penggunaan input pada produksi pasta ubi jalar di PT Galih Estetika. 
Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November sampai Desember 2017 di PT. Galih Estetika, Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Pengukuran produktivitas dilakukan dengan konsep Objective Matrix (OMAX) dan pembobotan kriteria menggunakan Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Variabel yang digunakan antara lain jumlah produk, bahan baku ubi jalar, tenaga kerja, bahan bakar, serta pemakaian energi listrik. Data yang digunakan yaitu laporan produksi periode 3 tahun terakhir perusahaan selama tahun 2015-2017. 
Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan didapatkan hasil produktivitas di PT Galih Estetika pada tahun 2017 sejumlah 2,263 persen. Berdasarkan data jumlah output dan input yang digunakan pada tahun 2017, untuk menghasilkan produk pasta ubi jalar sejumlah 719.275 kg per tahun diperlukan 1.391.711 kg bahan baku ubi jalar, tenaga kerja sejumlah 22.103 HOK, bahan bakar sejumlah 40.243 kg, serta pemakaian energi listrik sebesar 196.080 kWh.

PT. Galih Estetika is a processing company and exporter of sweet potato paste with Japanese target market. Based on data from PT. Galih Estetika, production of sweet potato paste in 2015 that is equal to 1.006.200 kg, in the year 2016 that is equal to 737.690 kg, and in the year 2017 that is equal to 719.275 kg. This study aims to: 1) Analyze the level of productivity in the production of sweet potato paste at PT Galih Estetika; 2) Determine the number of proposed improvements on input use on sweet potato paste production at PT Galih Estetika. 
The study was conducted from November to December 2017 at PT. Galih Estetika, Regency of Kuningan West Java. The research method used is case study. Productivity measurements were performed with the concept of Objective Matrix (OMAX) and weighting criteria using Analyical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Variables used include the number of products, raw materials of sweet potato, labor, fuel, and the use of electrical energy. The data used is the preparation of reports for the last 3 years of the company during the year 2015-2017. 
Based on the results of analysis and discussion obtained productivity results in PT Galih Estetika in 2017 amounted to 2,263 percent. Based on the data on the amount of output and input used in 2017, to produce a sweet potato paste product of 719.275 kg each year required 1.391.711 kg of raw material of sweet potato, labor of 22.103 HOK, fuel of 40.243 kg, and the use of electrical energy 196.080 kWh.
