Demam tifoid merupakan penyakit terbanyak yang menduduki ranking pertama dalam 6 bulan terakhir dalam diagnosa terbanyak rawat inap di RSUD dr R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. Respon imun secara umum terhadap adanya endotoksin ditandai dengan peningkatan netrofil dan penurunan limfosit di sirkulasi. Peningkatan netrofil dalam darah yang berlangsung akut (netrofilia) terjadi dalam beberapa jam sesud ah dimulainya proses inflamasi akut. Netrofil dapat meningkat 4-5 kali lipat dari persentase normal.Stress inflamasi terhadap respon imun ditandai dengan rasio persentase netrofil terhadap persentase limfosit dalam darah dan dikenal sebagai Neutrophil Lymphocyte Stress Factor (NLSF). Pada kondisi patologis karena infeksi berat atau inflamasi sistemik, Rasio jumlah Netrofil Limfosit akan meningkat sehingga dapat dipakai untuk evaluasi klinik penderita inflamasi sistemik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui  faktor risiko Rasio jumlah Netrofil Limfosit dan kadar IgM Salmonella typhi  pada penderita  demam tifoid di RSUD dr R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Januari 2017 - April 2017, dan bertempat di RSUD dr R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional, jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-square, kebiasaan makan di luar diperoleh bahwa nilai p value sebesar 0,043 dan keadaan sumber air bersih yang memiliki p value  sebesar 0,011. Simpulan Faktor risiko menyimpan makanan diatas meja merupakan pencetus respon IgM Salmonella typhi O9 pada penderita  demam tifoid di RSUD dr R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. Faktor risiko keadaan sumber air bersih dan jenis kelamin merupakan faktor yang  berhubungan terjadinya peningkatan Rasio jumlah Netrofil Limfosit (NLCR)  pada penderita  demam tifoid di RSUD dr R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga.

Typhoid fever is  ranked first in the last 6 months in most diagnoses of inpatient in hospitals dr R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. The general immune response to endotoxin is characterized by increased neutrophil and decreased lymphocyte in circulation. An acute neutrophilary increase in neutrophils occurs within a few hours as early as the acute inflammatory process begins. Netrophils may increase by 4-5 times the normal percentage. Stress inflammation of the immune response is characterized by the ratio of percentage of neutrophil to the percentage of lymphocytes in the blood and is known as Neutrophil Lymphocyte Stress Factor (NLSF). In pathological conditions due to severe infection or systemic inflammation, the ratio of Lymphocyte Netfilm count will be increased so that it can be used for clinical evaluation of patients with systemic inflammation. Purpose of research Establish risk factor Ratio number of Lymphocyte Netrofil and IgM Salmonella typhi levels in patients with typhoid fever in RSUD dr R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. The research will be conducted in January 2017 - April 2017, and located at RSUD dr R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. This research is a descriptive analytic research with cross sectional research design, the number of samples is 60 people. The data obtained were then analyzed using Chi-Square test. Based on Chi-square test results, eating habits outside obtained that the value of p value of 0.043 and the state of the source of clean water that has p value of 0.011. Conclusion Risk factors store food on the table is the originator response IgM Salmonella typhi O9 in patients with typhoid fever in RSUD dr R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. Risk factors of the state of the source of clean water and sex is a related factor in the increase of ratio of number of Lymphocyte Netrofil (NLCR) in patients with typhoid fever in RSUD dr R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga.
