Latar Belakang : Kecerdasan interpersonal merupakan kemampuan berinteraksi, mempersepsikan dan membedakan suasana hati, maksud, motivasi, dan keinginan orang lain. Mahasiswa keperawatan perlu mengetahui kecerdasan interpersonal yang dimilikinya untuk mempersiapkan diri menjadi seorang perawat agar dapat berinteraksi dengan baik. 
Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kecerdasan interpersonal pada mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan FIKes Unsoed.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Besar sampel yaitu 229 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen Multiple Intelligences Development Assessment Scale (MIDAS) dari teori Gardner. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat.
Hasil : Nilai tengah usia responden adalah 19 tahun, mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan (87,3%). Jumlah responden angkatan 2015, 2016, dan 2017 adalah 77, 72, dan 80 orang. Mayoritas responden berasal dari Jawa Tengah (61,1%), dan bertempat tinggal di kos (81,7%). Nilai rerata kecerdasan interpersonal mahasiswa 65,37 dengan standar deviasi 12,354.
Kesimpulan : Mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan FIKes Unsoed memiliki kecerdasan interpersonal cukup baik.

Background : Interpersonal intelligence is capability of interaction, mood’s perception and differentiate, motivation, and the wishes of others. Nursing students have to know about their own interpersonal intelligence to habitate become a nurse so that have a good interaction.
Objective : This research aimed to describe interpersonal intelligence in students of nursing Faculty of Health Sciences Jenderal Soedirman University.
Method : This research used quantitative descriptive study with the type of cross sectional design. The sampling technique used total sampling technique. The sample size was 229 respondents who met inclusion and exclusion criteria. Accumulated was measured using instrument from Gardner theory of Multiple Intelligences Development Scale (MIDAS). Data were analyzed by univariate.
Result : Median of respondents were age 19 years old, the majority of respondents were female (87,3%). The number of respondents in 2015, 2016, and 2017 was 77, 72, and 80 students. The majority of respondents from Central Java (61,1%), and residence in the kost (81,7%). Mean of students interpersonal intelligence 65,37 and deviation standard 12,354.
Conclusion : Students of nursing Jenderal Soedirman University was passably interpersonal intelligence.
