PENGARUH RUMPUT LAPANG, DAUN KOL, DAUN GAMBAS, DAUN BENGKOANG DALAM FORMULASI PAKAN TERHADAP KADAR PROTEIN KASAR, SERAT KASAR, BAHAN ORGANIK

ABSTRAK Pengaruh Rumput Lapang, Daun Kol, Daun Gambas, Daun Bengkoang dalam Formulasi Pakan Terhadap Kadar Protein Kasar, Serat Kasar, Bahan Organik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kadar protein kasar, serat kasar, dan bahan organik dalam formulasi pakan yang mengandung rumput lapang, daun gambas, daun bengkoang dan daun kol. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Juli 2017 sampai 21 Juli 2017, di Laboratorium Ilmu Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap, dengan 4 perlakuan dan ulangan sebanyak 5 kali. Perlakuan yang diuji cobakan yaitu: P1: 40% rumput lapang + 60% konsentrat, P2: 40% daun kol + 60% konsentrat P3: 40% daun gambas + 60% konsentrat, P4: 40% daun bengkoang + 60% konsentrat. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi alat dan bahan, alat-alat yang digunakan yaitu seperangkat alat analisis protein kasar, terdiri dari labu Kjedahl, alat penyuling, erlenmeyer 125 ml, buret, pipet 10 ml, kompor listrik dan timbangan. Seperangkat alat analisis serat kasar, terdiri dari erlenmeyer 250 ml, cawan porselin, kertas saring Whatman 41, corong tegak, pendingin tegak, desikator, oven, tanur, tang penjepit, alat pemanas bunsen, pompa vacum. Bahan yang digunakan meliputi konsentrat terdiri atas onggok 30%, dedak 28,5%, pollard 20%, bungkil kelapa 20%, urea 0,5%, mineral 1% serta hijauan berupa rumput lapang, daun kol, daun gambas, daun bengkoang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa protein kasar rumput lapang, daun kol, daun gambas, daun bengkoang berkisar antara 12,00 (P1) sampai 14,10 (P2) %, serat kasar rumput lapang, daun gambas, daun bengkoang dan daun kol berkisar antara 15,34 (P3) sampai 20,75 (P1), bahan organik rumput lapang, daun gambas, daun bengkoang dan daun kol berkisar antara 82,13 (P4) sampai 85,11 (P3). Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung rumput lapang, daun kol, daun gambas, daun bengkoang, dapat meningkatkan protein kasar dan bahan organik pakan dan penambahan tepung rumput lapang, daun kol, daun gambas, daun bengkoang dapat menurunkan serat kasar pakan.

ABSTRACT Effect of Wild grassed, Pachyrhizus erosus leaf, Luffa actangula leaf, Brassica oleracea leaf in Feed Formulation On Crude Protein, Crude Fiber, Organic Matter. The purpose of this research is was know the level of crude protein, crude fiber, and organic material in feed formulation containing field grass, gambas leaf, bengkoang leaf and cabbage leaf. The study was conducted on 10 July 2017 to 21 July 2017, at the Laboratory of Nutrition and Feed Science Faculty of Animal Husbandry, University of Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto. The research method was experiment with the design that used was Completely Random Design, with 4 treatment and replication 5 times. The treatments tested were: P1: 40% Wild grass + 60% concentrate, P2: 40% Pachyrhizus erosus leaf + 60% concentrate P3: 40% Luffa actangula leaf + 60% concentrate, P4: 40% Brassica oleracea leaf + 60% concentrate. The materials used in this research included tools and materials, the tools used were a set of crude protein analysis tools, consistied of Kjedahl flask, distiller, erlenmeyer 125 ml, Buret, 10 ml pipette, electric stove and scales. A set of rough fiber analysis tools, consistied of 250 ml erlenmeyer, porcelain cup, Whatman 41 filter paper, upright funnel, upright cooler, desiccator, oven, furnace, clamp pliers, bunsen heater, vacuum pump. Materials used included concentrate consistied of 30%, bran 28.5%, pollard 20%, coconut cake 20%, urea 0.5%, 1% mineral and forage in the form of Wild grass, Pachyrhizus erosus leaf, Luffa actangula leaf, Brassica oleracea leaf. The results of this research was that the crude protein of Wild grass, Pachyrhizus erousus leaf, Luffa actangula leaf, Brassica oleracea ranged between 12.00 (P1) to 14.10 (P2) %n Wild grass, Pachyrhizus erousus leaf, Luffa actangula leaf, Brassica oleracea ranged between 15.34 (P3) to 20.75 (P1), organic field Wild grass, Pachyrhizus erousus leaf, Luffa actangula leaf, Brassica oleracea ranged between 82.13 (P4) to 85.11 (P3). The conclusion of the is, the addition of field Wild grassed, Pachyrhizus erousus leaf, Luffa actangula leaf, Brassica oleracea, can increase the crude protein and the organic material of feed and the additions of Wild grass meal, Pachyrhizus erousus leaf, Luffa actangula leaf, Brassica oleracea and yam leaves. Decreate the crude fiber concentration of feed.
